So odd reading some of these comments, not that I’m doubting but I’ve been here several times and never had to wait for anything. Service was on the money and the owner is so hands on and friendly. She’s there every single time I’ve went and love the way she is with her employees– they’re all equal. I actually called there for hours but no one answered, she called me right back! Love love love this place!

Great food and friendly staff. Cute and comfortable location. Able to work with allergies and dietary restrictions in a friendly/​helpful manner. A gem of a breakfast and lunch spot.

Flew in early last Sunday. Great service and great breakfast. Pancakes are excellent and the fruit is very fresh. Will be back.

We waited about 45 minutes for a table which was not that big of a deal. Once seated during the next 15 minutes we asked twice for some water There is a young boy that is a server that was literally shaking his head and smirking at us when we asked again if we could have it. His mom/​owner told him to stop harassing us but he wouldn’t! We all felt sorry for her as she was embarrassed. At that point even after waiting an hour and starving (never got the water) we apologized to her and left. Punchline is the service is awful.

My personal favorite breakfast spot, nice hardy portions, friendly staff, down to earth people. If you go there on a Saturday or Sunday morning (they have a nice man playing some peaceful acoustic tunes on the weekends) expect to wait, but that’s not the staffs fault, you can’t get an omelet that good anywhere else and people are starting to catch on!

Tysons Corner, Mclean, VA
Food is excellent but you cannot make customers wait half hour for food or take customer orders out of order. If you do you need to comp something. Flew in and now advising all to stay away. Too bad. *******************. Revised. ******* I have flown in six more times and driven in four more since my first review and they have redeemed themselves. Food is great. Service is great. They run now like a well oiled machine consistently producing one of the best breakfast and lunches on the east end. Worth the drive or fly in destination. Plus KFOK never has a wait for T/​O or LDG. Great all around.
