Miami Tan-Airbrush Tan

Yes, the air brush tan was very good, but watch out signing up for Specials. September 27, 2014, I signed up for a 3 MONTH SPECIAL CONTRACT,— but I was charged for 4 MONTHS. The 3 dates I was to pay are written on the contract. I was leaving on vacation for a month the 1^st of October and said not to start the 3 months until I returned the end of October. He wrote the dates of the 3 payments 10/​28, ¹¹⁄₂₈ & ¹²⁄₂₈ on the contract. My Contract states” I will be committed to pay 3 MONTHS at this discounted price”.
When I returned the end of Oct I did not use my 3 month membership as I had anticipated, only using it 4 – 5 times due to other commitments. I cancelled the membership before the 30 days, as specified in the contract, but I did pay the full $ 297.00 I was committed to pay. I noticed later that they had charged the $ 99, 4 times instead of the 3 months as agreed on my contract. My BofA Credit Card Company investigated the OVERCHARGE, and REFUNDED the 4^th payment, after I sent them a copy of the contract.
Miami Tan chose to send it to Collections and because I will not pay them the 4^th $ 99+, which was not in the agreement, they have tried to ruin my credit score! I am not at all happy with their unethical business practices! I do not believe in paying for something I did not receive! Their Collection Company, Network Commercial in Woodland Hills was extremely nasty to me on the telephone. My credit score was in the 800’s because I always pay my bills, I worked until I was 77 and am Retired, but I DO NOT PAY WHAT I DO NOT OWE, thanks Miami Tan!!! This has gone to the BBB and other Community organizations that do not allow unethical business practices as well as the 3 credit reporting agencies. Watch out what you sign up for at this particular Miami Tan, IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR 3 MONTHS — YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR 4 MONTHS by an unethical Manager/​Owner!

I came into Miami Tan this morning! I met Chuck and he really provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He answered every single question I have. The facility is clean and in order. This is the best tanning experience I’ve had in a very long time. I laid in the tanning bed and usually I burn to death and get so warm and uncomfortable. With the bed I went in. It was very comfortable and I didn’t overheat at all! I have no problem saying this is the best tanning salon in the Conejo Valley! No selling tactics either! It was a pleasure to come into the salon today!

I have been to every tanning salon in westlake and and Thousand Oaks and I can confidently say this was One of the best services I have received in The area. Most friendliest team of staff and the place is extremely clean. Will definitely make this a place to visit on a regular basis. I love Miami Tan in Westlake Village. Hannah is such a sweetheart and always does such a great job on my airbrush. I would recommend Miami Tan to anyone looking for the perfect golden tan in a hurry. :) Thanks for everything!

I have been coming here for a few years and love it! Chuck is extremely knowledable about skin, tanning and even the various accelerator products. Love this place. Everyone is always extremely nice. The owner is knowledgeable and can answer pretty much any questions you could possibly have about tanning. They have awesome beds! Lastly, cleanliness is a huge deal to me and this place is spotless. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! There is rarely a wait because they have enough of the beds that it’s really easy to get in, and everyone who works there is really good at helping you to figure out what service will work best for you! They’re also really good at working with you (which is important to me and my budget) and they always have great deals going on! They are also really good at explaining the different services, and why you should use one bed over another. They have a great variety of services, and they know their stuff! I have been coming here for 2 years now and I just love it! The customer service is exceptional along with the vast knowledge of tanning and tanning products. There are plenty of different level beds, stand up bed, spray tan and more!!! I have never been displeased with Miami Tan and the owner is super nice. I will continue to come here.

I bought a deal from conejo deals and it was the best airbrush that I have had, and I have had many. Hannah by far did an amaing job and she was such a sweet professional young lady, she even called the next day to check how the tan was… I highly recommend you go there… and I am very picky! Also whatever the solution is that they use last alot longer than others I have had

This is my 2^nd time here for the FormoStar body wrap. I came here originally after purchasing a Groupon deal. Hannah here is great, she’ll check in on you and make sure that the setup is comfortable. You can watch Hulu, lay back and relax while the heat sinks in. Be sure to bring another set of clothes if you’re planning on going somewhere afterwards, for you will definitely sweat! I find the heat relaxing, and I am usually very thirsty afterwards. Great place, ask for packages since they’re discounted.

I decided to go to Miami Tan because I friend had recommended it. Luckily the day I had decided to go they were having a special! They also have a deal on Unilocal (don’t know if it’s still accessible). The service was great as the lady in the front assited me with what I should do (I’m allergic to those beds if I spend too long in them!) It was a nice touch that they put a chocolate on the towel. If I ever need to tan again, this is my spot.
