I had such a hard time finding someone in Cleveland (moved from Columbus) to give me the perfect neutral ombré that I wanted. Meagan did an awesome job and also gave me a great cut. I feel very safe in her hands now!

Lynn did an AMAZING job on my shellac manicure! The time and attention to detail she provided was unexpected but welcomed. So many salons do not take time to make sure every detail of the manicure is perfect, but Lynn certainly did. On impulse, I also had an eyebrow service done. I was again AMAZED at the attention to detail. The shape of the brows is perfect. I highly recommend this salon. I will certainly be going back.

I went here to get my nails and brows done before my wedding and it was SUCH a great decision. Lynn did my nails and seriously, this is the best mani/​pedi I’ve ever had. She spent a ton of time making sure everything was even, symmetrical, and beautiful. A week later, everything still looks amazing! She even hand-​painted chevron on my toes, which takes some serious dexterity and skill. Lynn worked so hard and made sure that I loved every single nail.
Mary did my brows and they look awesome — very natural and clean. Plus Mary made me feel like I had known her for years, not just 10 minutes. She was so warm and kind!
CC Salon and Spa was wonderful and I hope I can make it back there soon!

Best shellac manicure I have ever had!!! I have been back several times already and every time the end result is AMAZING!!! I haven’t had to touch my nails since I started going to CC Salon. Lynn & Missy are the BEST!!! Can’t wait to try more services!!!

I have been looking for someone who can cut/​color my hair (the way I like it) for awhile now. My friend recommended CC’S so I figured I would try. I scheduled with Meagan. When I arrived everyone was very nice and down to earth. I love Meagan, and she did AWESOME! I had 3 pictures of the general idea of what I wanted… and she nailed it! She was very nice throughout and explained what she was doing! I would recommend the salon and Meagan to anyone who is looking. Laid back atmosphere with very nice people. Love my hair and a ton of compliments! Thank you!!!

I went to CC Salon for an impromptu manicure. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming, it was a blast to talk to them, & they did great work. I got a shellac manicure by Lynn & it is the best one I’ve ever gotten. It’s applied well, she didn’t leave a huge gap between my cuticle & the polish like other salons do, & she really took her time to make sure it was perfect. Will definitely return in the future.

Oh. My. Goodness. The «Fassage» Mary gave me was totally and completely amazing. I didn’t want it to ever end. And Missy gives the best pedicures! I’m a runner with totally gnarly feet and Missy makes them feel wonderful. And the polish stays on FOREVER. I try to get in there at least once a month to have her work her magic. The shellac manicures are great too. I haven’t had my hair styled there yet, but I may have to give it a go based on their other stellar services.
Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel like part of the «family». It’s a great place to escape to! :)

CC Salon is tucked away in a little business development in Westlake.
Kim was my stylist and she was so nice. I scheduled my impromptu appointment and within minutes she was calling me back to ask if I would come in early for some extra time since I was a first time customer. Great Service even before I entered the Salon.
I was greeted upon entrance and within minutes Kim was there to take me back to the chair. After a consultation about my desires for my coiffure, she went to work.
After over a year of terrible hair cuts, it was nice to walk out of the salon happy!
I would definitely go back. This cut was worth the money. Everyone at the Salon was kind and pleasant. Thank you Kim for changing up my year of bad hair!

All I can say is –fantastic. You get the best of the best at CC!

Was in Cleveland this past weekend for a wedding, and on Friday my friend suggested that she and I take a break from the chaos to get pedicures. Her choice of CC Salon & Spa – though neither she nor I had been there before Friday – was a good one.
My first pedicure ever, by the way.
I’m in love with the results of my pedicure and the nude-​colored OPI polish («Tickle My France-​y» or some similar silly name) I chose. During portions of my life I’ve been a gymnast, dancer, runner, weightlifter, and hiker. In other words, my toes/​feet/​nails have pretty much always taken a beating and have never looked nearly as good as they do now. The pedicure my friend and I received included exfoliation and massaging, but the focus was definitely on the toenails and cuticles. Every aspect of our pedicure was relaxing and produced nice results.
Jenn did our pedicures. She was great and seamlessly switched back and forth between me and my friend while my friend and I sat side by side. We were in the comfortable pedicure chairs for nearly 2 hours, so my guess is that the standard Pedicure at CC Salon & Spa lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. (Also available are the Express Pedicure for $ 35 and the Spa Pedicure for $ 55.) The pre-​gratuity price of the standard Pedicure is $ 45 and increases to about $ 50 after tax is figured in.
Sanitation seemed in line with what is required at such an establishment. The used soaking water was drained in our presence, and I also witnessed the sanitization of the various metal tools that had been in contact with our feet.
CC Salon & Spa is located within a business complex of tidy little buildings that resemble houses. There are several free parking lots in the vicinity, but note that some lots are reserved for specific business while other lots contain no parking specifications.
I recommend this salon/​spa to anyone who has feet in need of some TLC.

I’m a huge fan of CC salon. I’ve never had a haircut but I have gotten facials, massages and the amazing «fassage», a half hour facial combined with a half hour massage. Mary is a godsend. I started doing crossfit and as a result I can’t move my arms or bend over. Mary worked out all my kinks and took her time to ask me where my problem areas are and what I would like worked out. It’s an extremely calming place and only all-​organic materials are used.
After years of tanning, wearing too much makeup and passing out without washing my face, my age has finally caught up with my skin. It’s a mess. I asked for advice and was told to get rid of all the harsh chemicals I was using and stick to a more simple, calmer regiment. It totally worked. I’m in love with my new products and will keep on seeing Mary for advice and great massages!

Hotlist winner in Best Hair Color, CC Salon always welcomes its patrons as friends vs. just another customer. Shelly, Linda, Kim, Marry, Michelle, Natalie, Paul are all a delight to see each time I visit. The staff make an extra effort to get to know each client. They offers all of the services that fall under hair salon and spa. Although I personally only use the hair cut, the rest of my family have used numerous other services. CC is a full service hair salon & spa. CC has never failed to outshine in everything they have done for myself and my family. The prices here are reasonably proportioned to the excellent quality they offer. If you in for just a hair cut, ask for Linda — she is my favorite although the rest of the staff are very well qualified.
