As a former Dallas resident now living in the city of San Francisco I have to smile at the reviews that point out its a small and cramped space. I have to tell you that we stopped here on the way to a Thanksgiving invitation and i was impressed with the wine selection for a «small» place. A gentleman asked if I needed help, and being Italian born living in the American cradle of wine production, I style myself as fairly knowledgeable. At his third offer, having picked a couple of bottles, I yielded, showed him what I got so far. He was very helpful in offering ideas to compare and contrast my Italian picks with French and argentine choices. I don’t mean to come across as snobby but was impressed to find this knowledge in this parts

I’m spoiled by the epic-sized Spec’s of South Texas. Alas, not all Spec’s are made equal, and this one definitely lingers on the lower end of the spectrum. Tiny. Awkward. Not awful. But nothing I’d go out of my way for.
Plus, staff could use some customer service training. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Maybe I just don’t like people calling a wine I often favor, «crap.» But if you’re in the alcohol business, you should be versed enough to know how subjective taste buds are. And perhaps its in bad taste to demean some of your stock when you recommend others. There are better ways to sell.
Just sayin’.

Nice normal liquor store. Newer place, glad to have it by our house. They pack a lot of options in a tight location. You can find a lot here considering the space challenge.
It is a tightly packed store though. Not a lot of wiggle room. Staff are friendly. Be sure to ask about their discount if you pay with your debit card.
We like Uncle Dicks margarita mix, which isn’t the easiest to find. Glad they sell it at this location. The location next to a convenience store is favorable.
I would give them a four star, but they are small enough to not be able to carry fun things that accompany drinks like I find at larger locations. If you need basics at a clean place, they get the job done.

We are regulars here and the lack of friendly help there has not stopped us from going there. Our last visit was very upsetting. We bought the big bottle of Grey Goose citron along with svedka coconut vodka. They did not wrap the bottles and when we GENTLY laid the bag in our soft leather seat the grey goose bottle broke. We took it back inside to see what could possibly be done since they did not package it in the first place. Very rudely they said once you walk out the doors it is all on you and they aren’t responsible. While talking to them you hear the manger be ever so rude to a customer on the phone. It was just disappointing how they handled the situation with lack of care and the «I don’t give a shit» attitude and rude tone. Will not be going back.

Trophy Club, TX

This Roanoke location is small but loaded with the goods. Jammed packed with premium spirits, wines, and cigars. Location at 170 and 377 is very convenient to get in and out.
