Staff is nice and it’s usually not busy when I go. I love that I can come here in winter and still get my favorite blizzard– peanut butter cookie dough crunch

Been going here since they moved from Newburgh and Joy road. Clean. Usually pretty quick. Not gushingly friendly staff but pretty efficient. Never had a problem with a order. Store is never too busy when we go in.

Thankfully the product is consistent from building to building because the service sure doesn’t measure up. Slow slow slow. Uninterested personnel make it seem like it’s an inconvenience for us to come in and spend our money. They also need to do better at cleaning tables and floors between customers.

First thing you’ll notice when you walk in, is that the place is spotless. Second, all the employees are very friendly. The wife and I take our kids here as a reward for good grades, good news, etc… Never been let down once. Great people. Great place.

Ordered a cake from there for my daughter’s birthday and they didn’t put any icing on it. It was bare mud looking ice cream. When I called the gentleman on the phone just gave me attitude like «What do you want me to do about it» and «Not all dairy queens do it the same» well if you are baring the name you better do it the same no matter who the individual owner is.

great spot for ice cream. had a berry and orange smoothie. it was great. took my office some ice cream sandwiches, Freshly made. everyone enjoyed. very pleasant staff.
