This is by far, the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff chewed out my boyfriend when he didn’t mention the sauce he wanted quick enough. I was so angry I was seeing red. They slap so much mayonnaise on their sandwiches that it makes me nauseous and they take FOREVER!!! I would give zero stars if it was an option.

If I could give less stars, I would. Definitely not FAST food. Ordered a southwest chicken salad and after ten minutes, yes TEN minutes, I was told oh we don’t have crispy chicken. So needless to say I paid 5.50 for lettuce, cheese and dressing. Suck it McDonald’s and 15 dollars an hour my butt.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. I think I’ve been there a dozen times in the past year and they’ve only gotten my order correct once. Either they forget the sauce for McNuggets or they give medium rather than large drink or put a completely different item in the bag than what I ordered. I’ve never worked in fast food so maybe it’s more complicated than I think, and I realize there’s probably very few people who are proud to be working at McDonald’s, but come on. Read the computer screen and put the items in the bag.

Lazy workers. Went there at 10 pm 12−2−09 and no one answered the drive thru. I drove away, looked inside and saw no one.

I love this place.
I ordered the Big Mac and it was presented really well. The lettuce was fresh, the bun was warm, the meat served at the right temp, cheese was gooey, spot on McDs! The cashier was quick and courteous as well.
Afterwards, me and my homies drove to the Westland mall. What a great day! This is living, im never leaving this amazing town.
Oh yeah, don’t forget to try the french fries!
