After switching over to sprint network, I received my phone in the mail that was not the correct phone. I was told to go to the closest sprint store to swap it and not open my phone or have it activated or it would be $ 37. The girl at the counter had no idea what she was doing. After an hour she told me she could ship it back and get me a new phone but I would get a new number. I told her no my old number should already be on my account for my phone. Then she told me to activate my phone then swap it so I can keep same number. I explain to her I was told not to or it would be $ 37. She then send me to another store because she said she couldn’t help and that she had activated my phone after I told her not to. Horrible customer service!!!

Go here if you enjoy being lied to about pricing for phones and plans, and the«required» insurance that’s actually optional. There’s also a delightfully confrontational sales associate who likes to tell people she’s the manager, but then reveals that she’s not actually the manager when she needs the manager’s approval for certain transactions.

After a disappointing visit to another Sprint store, Izal at the Ford Road store set me up with service at a price that fit my budget. I was very pleased and still am with the way this all turned out. Highly recommend!
