I don’t know who is enforcing rules on how to engage customers or how to run a business like you care about your patrons, but it’s certainly not anyone on location from the general manager on down. Yesterday my brother and I go in for lunch, every single employee is looking at the floor, acknowledging no one and we wondered«why»? Waited at the register to order for a couple of mins and suddenly we found out why. Up comes someone to take our order, name tag says«general manager» and in the most rude tone«what can I do for you»… Wow. Guess that answers everything. Zero engagement with customers, not a care in the world if they’re taken care of, and the attitudes from the manager of the franchise on down just absolutely sucks. Will NEVER go to this place again
