The staff is rude. There was nobody in line and 2 ladies working. They were not friendly, not helpful at all. They were out of Hazelnut Coffee, we tried the other ones and they were almost cold. Although we love Einstein Bagels, this location made us hate it as they did not toast them well. I don’t think we will ever stop by here again.

I love, love, love Einsteins Bagels. However, this location makes me never want to return. Unfortunately on two separate occasions the staff was not aware of their personal hygiene issues. They were so bad they made me run for the hills. One lunch break I went in for a coffee and chocolate chip bagel and the cashier had an enormous booger in her nose. I am not making this up, I wanted to puke. Sadly, I lost my appetite and wasted my money. I thought maybe this was just a one time thing and decided to give it another chance, so a few weeks later I went back. The cashier this time was different but unfortunately not anymore pleasant. She did not fit into her uniform very well being that she was large chested and unfortunately on the heavier side. Which cannot be helped, but I didn’t need to see the gaps into her under garments. Her skin was very oily and it looked like she just rolled out of bed. I’m sorry, if you are going to work around food, you need to be clean and professional looking. I don’t understand why this location allows it’s employees to look unkempt. I normally go to the Bellflower location, which is where I will stay. It just sucks because my work was down the street. If you can get over the staff and not lose your appetite, the bagels are great!

I’ve been coming here for awhile(when it was Noah’s) and it’s never let me down. I normally get the salt bagel or pretzel bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. Sorry it’s my east coast roots. On occasion I’ll go with an Asiago if the others aren’t made or sold out. Always great for a quick breakfast bite.

I come here at least a few times a week. I always pay and leave a tip and the bagels and coffee are always delicious, but the bagel they served me today after saying i only had quarters to pay with is so disrespctful and disgusting. Who in their right mind would serve food if it wasnt up to standard. I wont be returning here again.

So I came in craving just a cheese bagel with some cream cheese on it. But what I got instead was RUDE staff who didn’t know how to 1. CUT the bagel, instead there were two VERY uneven, lopsided pieces 2. SPREAD the cream cheese!!! I unwrapped my bagel since I had ordered it to go, and the cream cheese looked disgusting. It was not spread evenly at all. My 9 year old can do a better job than she did. Overall did not look nor taste appealing. There are so many other bagel shops that I’d rather visit. Never again.

I love this Einsteins location. The staff are so friendly and they always have my favorite French Toast bagel lol. I love their coffee much more than Starbucks too(which is next door). They close early(3pm) which is the only thing that sucks. There’s a Jamba Juice next door and I just love having my bagel and coffee and then getting a smoothie for the road :) They have ample parking and are close to all kinds of stores. So easy to run errands AND get your favorite bagel

This is what a bagel is not supposed to look like! I can’t believe this is acceptable to serve to a customer! Got all the way to work and opened my bag and saw this! They knew it was burnt and still decided to serve it any way! HORRIBLE!

DONTWASTEYOURTIMEAND $$…So i decided to give them a final try and of course i wasn’t surprised. What company has an item on their menu and say we only offer it if they have leftovers from catering… Ive finally decided to never visit this establishment. Oh one final complaint, Why dont they ever make enough cheddar jalapeño bagels… What a waste of gas today :(

I love me some bagels! Esp with cream cheese and butter, which sounds like it may cause atherosclerosis at any moment to me, but NOPE, it’s not gonna stop me! I first had Einstein Bros Bagels introduced to me by Patch P. Then I saw them at Costco and had to get myself some, but I had to purchase 12 at a time. So then I found out there’s an actual brick and mortar store! So I made my way over there and got one of their breakfast sandwich specialties on Asiago Cheddar Cheese bagel, which includes spinach, mushroom, swiss with an egg. It was toasted with the perfect amount of crisp in each bite. Mmmmmm! They’re up there with Bruegger’s Bagels for me ^__^

I come here quite often to pick up bagels for work on Friday. And each time I’ve been there, items would be missing from my online order. Last Friday was another instance and it’s starting to get a bit cumbersome.

Been coming here for years. First it was Noah’s now back to Einstein’s. My favorite is the turkey sausage egg sandwich. All bagels are outstanding and the iced coffee is great this visit I got the FrenchToast breakfast sandwich. Very good. My only negative is that they are expensive.

Will never be back. I ordered jalapeño cream cheese and got jalapeño salsa smear! What the heck is that?! Sick! Salsa on a bagel is disgusting The bagel has a nice crunch toasted… Tastes too«wheaty» to me… The bottom of the bagel tastes nothing like the top! The bottom tastes like a slice of wheat bread. Yuck

So I was really hungry and was craving some breakfast for lunch. I saw that there was a bagel shop right next to starbucks so I decided to try it out. The place was empty, but it didn’t bother me at all because it was lunch time and no one really eats breakfast for lunch. So I looked at their menu and asked a few questions about what they had to offer. I ended up getting the turkey sandwich with bacon and avocado. I was expecting something really delicious since they make the bagels fresh there and I was completely disappointed. I give the guy 3 stars for trying and being really nice but the bagel sandwich I got was really mediocre. I could and would probably make a better sandwich myself at home. Sad to say I probably will be sticking to just making my own from now on instead of coming here. It wasn’t worth the money or the time I took to try it out.

I have given this place 5 tries now, I am unhappy every single time. I get my usual plain bagel TOASTED with cream cheese and avocado. Each and every single time I have gotten a sliver of avocado on each half of the bagel. Seriously? I’m paying extra for avocado at least put more than one or two thin slices of it. Never enough cream cheese to cover the thick bagel so it’s dry. And to top it off as soon as I ordered my bagel I drove 5 minutes to my house and the bagel was cold and I had to bite and pull hard because it was barely toasted. I posted a picture of my bagel.

I usually get bagels here for breakfast and I think they’re pretty good. Usually when it’s the morning I would get the multi bagel with just cream cheese. I recently tried their special which is mix and match bagels for $ 3.70. I got the spicy devil and strawberry goodness. I enjoyed the spicy devil better than the strawberry goodness because it had cheddar cheese spread. The spicy devil comes with cheddar cheese spread with bacon and jalapeños. I like spicy more than sweet so I would get two of those next time. The strawberry goodness had strawberry cream cheese with strawberries, granola bits, cranberries, and honey drizzled on top. It was very very sweet. If you guys like sweet bagels then get that! But I suggest you get two sweet or two savory over mix and match because my taste buds tasted funny after. I also tried the bacon and spinach panini and it was pretty good. The egg was really fluffy in between. I love spinach and bacon put together. It kind of reminded me of a sub that I usually get at subway! Pretty good for breakfast :)

I really want to give this place 5 stars because their bagels are quite good and they were quick even on a bust Saturday morning, but based on the serious, serious lack of cream cheese on the bagels I bought I just can’t. The cream cheese was blobbed in the middle of each bagel, not even spread out. I spread it out myself and there wasn’t even enough to cover the bagel. I checked my receipt and I didn’t pay for ½ cream cheese. Come on, don’t be so stingy!

Well I’m officially done here. Staff used to be super friendly, well-trained, and attentive. I came here forever and had one employee who knew my order on site. Well…he left… managers changed… and company clearly started focusing on money-not customer service. I have had MANY difficult experiences here but hung on hoping to get back to the way things were. I left a message asking that the store manager call me and never heard back. Today, I spent 15 minutes trying to simply get ONE sandwich made. I had asked to add cream cheese to my sandwich and PAID for it and when she barely but any on, I asked for a little more. She REFUSED to add it, letting my sandwich get cold, until I paid MORE extra money. She ultimately wrapped it up without it after I asked her to add it THREE times. The manager stepped in and was handling it while she«remade» my sandwich and she purposefully sabotaged it. I could not even eat it. Bottom Line: This place does not deserve my business or anyone else’s.

Like a pregnant woman, I had a very particular craving. I wanted a bagel and aimlessly driving around, led me to this Einstein bros location. I’ve been here before and back when Francisco was the manager, I had nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Well this time around, to satisfy my craving and to introduce this place to my boyfriend and his family, I decided to take them here. All was well until we noticed a flaw in one of our orders. An egg white asparagus and mushroom bagel with turkey added(I know, yum right?) on an onion bagel. First bite was delicious but missing a little something… it was the egg white, so I decided to get this small inconvenience corrected. I told the cashier my dilemma and he attempted to fix my problem. Waited another 10 minutes, salivating with anticipation for my bagel to finally arrive, and when it did, not only were the egg whites still not present, but somehow my turkey went missing!!! Frustrated, I attempted one last time, and this time the manager, who was also making my bagel, approached me telling me this is what I asked him to do on my bagel and this is exactly what I requested. First of all, Mr. manager(a Samoan guy on the larger side), I did not speak to you and secondly why would I order a bagel and add extra turkey just to ask you to remove it for me? Then this dude had the audacity to accuse me of removing the turkey myself. uhh for what? In the end, my options were to take this pathetic egg white asparagus and mushroom bagel with turkey added on onion with no egg white or turkey or take a refund and leave. Sorry Einstein bros, you have lost a customer for life.

I wouldn’t say these bagels are worth the price, but they are pretty good even though they’re on the smaller side. Fun fact: someone once told me that a bagel is the equivalent to seven slices of bread. If that is the case, then by using my really bad math skills one of Einstein’s bagels is the equivalent to 4 slices of bread. Yesterday I decided to stop by for a breakfast bagel sandwich before going on with my day. I fell for the really pretty picture of their seasonal breakfast sandwich: an egg sandwich with Swiss cheese(they ran out of American) on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with apple butter and bacon. I had it with a cup of their autumn roast coffee. The sandwich was neatly made, nothing messy about it. In fact, it was quite delicious, but I was disappointed by the size(small) and that I was still hungry afterwards. That’s never a good sign. Nothing special about the coffee, but I did take the last bit of it so I’m guessing it’s a popular pick for the season. Ordering was quick, easy and efficient: order at one register, move on down and grab your orange juice or additional box of shmear and pay at the next register. I would come back if I was in the area and in the mood for a small, overpriced bagel. I realize that not every bagel can be a real New York bagel — big, fluffy and slightly chewy — but I at least expect the taste to justify the price.

This will be my third time buying bagels from here and every time it was fast and efficient. The workers are good. I always get the Baker’s Dozen with 2 Shmears. The bagels are warm and good. My company loves them. Look for coupons in the mail! Pretty worth it! Took away 1 star because I really wanted to try their new flavor of the month, The Pumpkin bagel with the pumpkin shmear and I repeated myself several times and he still got it wrong. I told him also to get the bagel out of the Baker’s Dozen and he said he couldnt find it and was going to use whatever bagel he was holding. Maybe I should have told the other girl that picked out my bagels for me to do it instead at the register. OTHER than that this place is good in the morning
