FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

The worst customer service ever. They always have an issue with the type of boxes I use even if it is a FedEx box. They always want yo up sell another box and packaging. They are argumentative and just rude. I really wish I could give negative stars.

For some reason this location always has a problem with the type of box I use for shipping. Seems like they are trying to get you to buy their boxes only. However any other location will gladly accept it. I’ll stick with UPS. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been here 2 times in the last week. The first time was to print off flyers for my missing dog. There were 3 people at the counter and only 1 was helping customers while the other 2 were kind of wondering around. I asked for help 2 times and received attitude both times. It was clear they didn’t want to help. The second guy’s enthusiasm only picked up after he saw I was missing my dog and then was very helpful. The lady gave my daughter a toy, but gave me lots of attitude. It was weird.
***Super frustrating to have in a copy store overly priced candy at toddler eye level!!! While trying to make copies, I had to constantly fight my daughter to not pull their snacks down. It’s ridiculous to have snacks in a copy place and then have it at eye level to a child.
The second time I came in was today. There was only one guy in the office. He was super kind, very helpful, and very slow. Took him 10 minutes minimum to help each customer. Meanwhile, only 1 of their copiers was kind of working and it jammed every 2 pages. Every time I needed help from the guy behind the counter, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to finish up with another customer. Meanwhile, you guessed it, my toddler is going after every snack in the place.
I will drive to Denver before I have to come back to this place to use their services. It’s absurd.

These guys are great! I have been here a couple times and have always been well taken care of.
I would rather come here than troubleshoot issues on my on computer.

Just bizarre. Pricing was way off, the conversation was combative and odd. 12×16 single piece of paper costs 20 dollars? This is the first review for me in my life, because it was that frustrating.

Wow, if anyone knows customer service, it is Jennifer at this fedex office store. She was so friendly and eager to assist me with a massive print job that I don’t think I will ever go to another location. In a service based industry like print services, employees like Jennifer are a great competitive advantage. Highly recommend this business and I hope they treat Jennifer as well as she treats their customers.

As a small business owner who ships daily I only use this location because of its close proximity. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location and I bring things ready to ship. The customer service is atrocious; including management. They nit pick every single package, are as rude as possible and cost me lots of extra unnecessary time. I would recommend going to any other location!

You know what, I absolutely, positively did need it there over night… and not only did they deliver, they printed, bound and packed it.
This particular Fedx is just like Old Faithful, the crowds come in spurts, usually right before the last driver of the day shows up. SO if you need something sent off, try and get there before 4pm (I know seems silly to leave Happy Hour Early just to get something shipped).
The service has always been top notch here, nice friendly staff… no matter how swamped they get.
