What I like about this store is the help I get in picking out clothes for my teen and tween boys. This wonderful young lady named Vanessa seems to be their star because of her people skills and knowledge about the products they sell. She’s somewhat of a fashionista so ask for her when you shop there.

LOVELY clothes but… honestly so pissed at these employees in this store. I’m about to write a nasty review because of my recent experience, so excuse me for being a bitch. I have never had such a more horrible and embarrassing experience in a clothing store anywhere than THIS store. I would NEVER recommend anyone to walk in here for several reasons. I was a victim of stupidity from these employees.
First of all, the employees got a lack of education on one hundred dollar bills. DON’T even bother to bring a hundred dollar bill.
I was told my 100 dollar bill was a counterfeit right after they let me walk away at first saying it was real. I went to this store right next door, and once I walk out, I see this male employee waiting with these two cops saying that my one hundred dollar bill is fake. The one hundred dollar bill that I had just received days before from my mother’s friend who is a manager of US Bank… They’ve known each other for 25+ years and worked together in banks, so I had to think after the shock wore off that this had to be a stupid mistake on the store’s part.
Immediately, I was so embarrassed having all these people look at me funny and I didn’t want to cause any more trouble than there already was so I was like, okay here’s your stuff back. They gave me the one hundred dollar bill back, which they really aren’t supposed to do. If a store catches someone with a counterfeit bill, it’s supposed to be sent to Federal Reserves for an investigation. AGAIN, the employees lack education on this kind of stuff. Probably not every day they come across a one hundred dollar bill, I’m sure. My mother’s friend rushed over to pick up the one hundred dollar bill and placed it in her account the next morning without a problem. So the bill WASN’T fake. The employees are just stupid and so is the manager because we made a call to the manager. The manager explained how the employees were all traumatized by this event and I was like really??? I don’t even know you all, and there were three employees looking at me all funny versus just one customer that JUST walked in here for the first time. NO compassion at all.
Shitty attitudes, especially from that really short lady with short black hair. I have no idea what’s going on in her life, but I seriously felt as if she was projecting all her problems onto me. She had NO friendly demeanor at all, like where’s a «How are you doing today? Did you get everything you needed today?» or where is a smile?! I got no sign of compassion asking me what happened she just stayed silent the whole time making the whole situation even more awkward not even asking me what happened or assuring me that this whole thing was a mistake. She just stood there and stared at me like I did all wrong and she did no wrong. She was also looking at me all funny the next time I came back in to purchase my clothes. She once again tested my twenty dollar bills! That I just withdrew from the bank minutes ago before I came in. Lol. And yes, I came in again after this happened because I just really wanted my clothes and I didn’t want to waste that one hour trying on clothes for NOTHING. Don’t think I’ll be coming back at all after that.
Worst experience in a store. ever.

I never felt so distant and unhelped before when it comes to shopping for clothing. When I entered the store, I just saw the workers staring at me. They didn’t even bother saying hi or anything. My first impression of the store went down in the first 60 seconds. As I was scouting for something niffy to buy, I noticed that the two staffs were just hanging out in that cashier area. They didn’t even bother to offer any help. Maybe a… do you need help with finding anything would be nice. Maybe I’m too hard on them, but I had better service from people who provided terrible service. At least, they try to help at all.
Maybe, it’s a tiring Monday or maybe they got turned down multiple times when they offer other customers help. Whatever the reason is, I’m probably not coming back here any time soon.

I discovered it about a year ago and fell in love. It was right around my birthday and a Vegas trip. I was able to purchase everything I needed plus accessories. It was awesome!
This place is great for a night out and just a casual look.
It’s super affordable and they always have deals, buy one get one free or buy one item get the second for 50% off.
They staff is great, I found a shirt I was obsessed with only (it didn’t have my size available) they called all the stores in Orange County and had it shipped for free for me.
The only downfall is when I am not able to find my size, but that can happen at any store.

The store itself is quite alright, but the employees there can be quite rude. It’s a decently sized store and probably one of the more organized one at the Westminster Mall.

The style is okay. But oh boy, they sucks on returning stuff. The manager is an a_​hole.

after having dinner with a friend, I went shopping (naturally). I was looking for a sweet pair of red bottoms but then ended up in Foreign Exchange.
When I walked in, I was greeted by 2 associates. One (Valerie) asked what I was looking for. I told her, I was looking for a dress for my boyfriends birthday dinner. She then directed me to a specific rack of clothes.
After 5 min, she came back with about 10 different dresses for me to try on. Come to find out, I found the PERFECT dress and am loving life. Its black and short and he will LOVE EVERY PART OF IT. Thank you Valerie

CLOTHEGASM!!! I LOVE FE TO THE MEGA MAX!!! I am so glad i stumbled across this store… They have a great selection for women and fantastic customer service! The selection is not only unique and good quality, but super cute! :D it does not compare to other fashion stores because FE is just simply the BEST! lol
There’s always a Sale going on and this store has SUPER nice customer service. Every time i have a garment they offer to hold a Dressing Room so i don’t have to carry it around ! I wish i would’ve known about this store a lot sooner!

I was randomly at Westminster mall, because I’m by South Coast and with Fashion and Spectrum nearby, never go to this mall. As I’m walking around, see this really cool looking store.
Loved:
— Syle: Kinda of your Urban Outfitters funky trendyish styles, definitely not something I see often here in OC with lots of Forever 21ish or H&M type of stores (for the price point).
— CHEAP! This place has Forever 21 prices. When I came in, was told everything was 30% off. I paid about $ 55 for 3 tops, one of which was frilly and more intricate material.
Definitely cool little up and coming chain. Check out their other locations at Brea and Mainplace malls in OC. I see they have a Melrose location too, totally fits in there, but us commoners can afford it!
