I just went to get a screen protector put on to my phone I got in and out of the store within 10 minutes very good service has a $ 20 screen protector for the iPhone 6s that works with 3D Touch great buy!!!

_This place is absolutely horrible services… So very difficult to get in touch, the f**ING monkey don’t know any tech. She broke my Samsung and not responsible. This place is absolutely horrible! My bf and I went here to open a new line for him last Thursday. Upon entering the place, we were not greeted and was left to wait to get service even though the store was completely empty, When we finally managed to get service with one of the workers there, we were not even presented with the deal(s) and rate for opening up a new line. It seems like the guy didn’t even want to help us at all. When we were finally done with everything, my bf asked him how much was the deposit. Nam, the guy that helped us, ran the credit check to see the amount. At first he said it was a certain amount but when the other girl in the store, who I think it’s the manager there, looked over the computer screen, she said ti’s a lower amount. WTF? We paid and left the store with a loaner phone since the phone will have to be ordered from Sumsung. On the following Sunday, we received a phone call from Nam saying that the credit card that my bf used to pay his deposit fee was not working. Which is sooooo strange since it worked in the store. And since my bf has t-mobile, the bill goes directly to your text and it said that the deposit had already been taken out of his account. Nam then proceeded to ask for my bf credit card number and CRV. And also another card number and CRV.(I’ve spoken to another friend of mine that is in the cellphone business as well, he said that action is pretty shady because most seller would not ask for that information since they don’t want to be liable for anything like that.) My bf ended the phone call with telling Nam to please call us back to let us know what going on with that. He of course didn’t call us back so we had to drive all the way to the store. When my bf went in the store to ask about the status, he didn’t even bother to go straight up to my bf and let him know what is going on. When my bf finally managed to get his attention, Nam merely said that the card turned out to be working without any explanation as to why he said that it wasn’t working in the first place! The phone finally arrive on Tuesday and my bf went in to pick up. He had ordered a WHITE Sumsung Note 3 but what he had gotten from the store was a BLACK one instead… UHH… Nam argued with us that it was what we ordered, refusing to go back in the file to pull out the conctract and the original order for the phone…(Again, i had asked my friend about that. He said that they probably ordered both colors but someone else came in before us to open a new line and requested a white one. So instead of giving to us, the people that had ordered the phone, they gave it to someone else… !) WHATHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I HAVENOTHINGBUTBADTHINGSTOSAYABOUTTHISPLACE!!1

PLEASEDONOTEVERCOMEHERE Hi-Tek Wireless!!! If i am allowed to customized my rating scale, i would rate negative hundred stars. My girl friend accidentally dropped her HTC Radar in water. Her dad brought her phone to have them repair. A week later, my girlfriend and I came there to pick up it. They charged her 70 pucks. When i asked them which parts were broken and what components they have replaced, i received the answer that«you don’t have to know, here is your receipt, 70 pucks and we only take cash.» then, I questioned that I need to know what I pay for. And the guy just repeated the answer: «you DON’T HAVETOKNOW, we sent to a specific team, and they do their job, HEREISYOURRECEIPT $ 70,» the young guy(20 years old, i believe) raised his voice. On the receipt, not thing but the name of my girlfriend and amount of money they charged. I felt like if I did not pay that amount of money, I can’t take my phone and that is the only option I have. I just have happened 7 hours ago and I am still so mad. Lots of people chose this store because of its cheap price but it was so wrong. When I looked for the other stores, they just charged roughly $ 60 or more for fixing phones and I am sure that they are more reasonable and responsible. This store can only«steel» money from whom don’t known how to use internet. Please let your family know this. DON’T EVERTRYHITEKWIREESS, the one NEXTTOSAIGONCITY.

My dad inquired about canceling our contract and starting a new plan. He told the salesman to figure out what the early cancellation fees are, give him a call and if the price is reasonable, he’ll come back to do it. The guy was acting a little suspiciously and even got into an argument with my dad when he wanted our credit card as a «deposit for a new phone»… When we haven’t even agreed on a contract yet. He sent us home with 2 sim cards which made no sense to me, I asked my dad to clarify what it was for but I didn’t think too much of it. WELL, we never got a call back, and instead got our service plan screwed up and 2 phones stop working. They went into our account without our permission and started changing our plans to prepaid and other things? Maybe they make commission if they change stuff to our account… I don’t know but that was stupid. My dad came back there to explain what happened and asked to fix everything, and someone who I believe was the manager claimed the guy who helped us wasn’t there and that he could not look at what the guy did without his employee number or something. Basically he wanted us to leave so that we weren’t scaring off other customers. Long story short, do not come here.

Incompetent and greedy. Yes, you can bargain yourself to a suspiciously cheap price. However, be prepared for a headache, as the people who work here are sly and tricky. After we agreed on a price and signed a contract, Nam still tried to sneak extra charges past us. Additionally, we were very specific about which phone lines to keep and which ones to change, and yet they still manged to screw it up. Don’t come here.

I am using nokia 1616 that ‘s only a basic phone but Tmobile charged my account internet fee. Hitek wireless helped me dispute and refund money back for me even I have never opend account at Hitek wireless. Next year i will be there to upgrade my phone. Thanks Hitek
