Second time here and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman working today 01/​02/​2016 was so polite and helpful, his name was Andrew and he went above and beyond trying to help everyone.

Just left here, we had a truck full of recycling and was trying to back into a spot next to the center. The spot had a cone in the middle for no one to park… we were going to just drop off all our recycling as we had a ton! And then we were going to move our truck. Someone else standing there said they did the same. One of the workers came out (thin, black, with curly hair) and kicked the cone and said very, very, rudely, «No, uh uh. He can’t be backing up into this spot that’s why this cone is here.» I said, «Not even to just drop off?» And he said, «No, uh uh, he can just go park somewhere else!» I actually told him he didn’t have to be rude about it! I cannot believe people. It was such a simple message to be conveyed that you can’t even pull in to drop off that if he would have said, I’m sorry, unfortunately, you can’t even drop off here, that would have been WAY more effective in getting his point across. We ended up leaving, NO WAY we were going to stay after that! We always have a ton of recycling and so does our family, our friends, etc… we will be spreading the word! People’s behavior towards others is appalling!

They employees here are friendly and amazing !!! I had arrived earlier on today while I began to unload my recyclables the young man with tattoos I did not get his name but he had noticed that I had a back brace do to my spinal injury and asked if I needed assistance he unloaded everything for me wade in all my recyclables as quick as possible and I was on my way to cash my valcher this place is amazing thank you guys

I came with a truck load on a Saturday at 130. Waited in line for about 15 minutes. Finally the employee finish with the guy in front and said they are closed??? The helll!!!

They have the barcode scanning machines, so you get the per-​piece price rather than the weighed price. If you have the odd piece which didn’t scan, they’ll substitute a like product which will scan. Very cool. If all your recycling is crushed, they’ll do the weighing too. Redeem the voucher at the Saigon Marketplace line 1 (right at the entrance).
