Amazing people, great job. I took 4 of my pants for hemming and it was urgent, so they told me to come backs after one hour and it would be ready and yes it was I would recommend this place to anyone.

Omg thank you Unilocal community for enlightening me as I wrote about a negative experience with another business that’s in the same vicinity with the same name! Upon seeing the other reviews and pictures I realize it didn’t add up. This lovely couple was NOT the tyrant that I dealt with. In fact I will probably be going here from now on. Stay away from Hung Tailoring next to Phuc Loc Tho on Moran St! Xin loi hai bac!

It’s very unfortunate that you went through those things and you are completely right to be very upset about that particular tailor for what they’ve done and they deserved the consequences and actions need to be taken against them to not treating like that to customers. However, i think you might have mistaken with another Hung tailor. There was another Hung tailor shop next to the asian garden mall in bolsa. this lovely couple is very nice and treat customers as with respect as well as customers come 1^st. I highly and strongly recommend this couple to everyone who have a chance to do business with them. Very sorry for what you have to go through with people like that.

Elle! after reading your review, I was so upset and outrageous about your tailor’s behavior. Recognize that some tailors do not have good communication nor customer services. But, what happened to you is definitely not acceptable and need to be broadcasted. Let alone about my most favorite Tailor in the Westminster area. I paid a visit to Hung’s Tailor and inquired about the incident with the couple owner. The wife busted into tears and told me that she doesn’t even know you nor have any business with you. Of course, the husband is equally upset.
I have been doing business with Hung’s Tailor for years. They are extremely customer service oriented. With my experience, They are very honest and straight forward in doing business. They are very skillful in seamstress. There’s very little that they can’t fix when I dropped my garment. Believe me I am very picky. They are also very reasonable in pricing.
I strongly believe this is a case of mistaken identity. I asked them to add the picture of their store location and their profile picture. So, you can review and verify if in fact they are the one who caused you all the distresses.
If they are guilty, I will volunteer to fix your Vietnamese review version so it can be more effective…:-) Otherwise, please undo your comment with Hung’s Tailor and apply your review to the right culprit.
For your information, within Westminster area, I found two Tailor stores which has similar name on Unilocal.The first one is Hung’s Tailor and the other is Hung Tailoring. I am not insinuating that the second one is the culprit since I did not involve in your situation. It just my observation.

I have read Elle’s review and finally decided to write for this place.
I have been coming here a few times and I do fix a lot of stuff when I came. So here is my opinion.
They have always been honest and have my things done correctly, and when it’s not; they do it again but mostly done right the first time.
I shouldn’t say «I know» they are honest but I think so. The first time I took my suit there to have it alter, because of my suit and how I want it done. The lady told me not to cause she said that even she can fix it into the way I want. The jacket wouldn’t look good and it cost too much. So I took it to another place. It cost the same price as she quoted me and they told me they could do it. Well let me tell you. They fix it alright. But the lady of this place was right. The jacket does not look good and I ended up throwing it away.
So tell me who u would rather deal with?
The lady who convinced me not to fix it?
Or
The one who’s willing to fix it for your money even though they know the jacket wouldn’t turn out right?
You decide.

Super sweet people and also very honest. Had a Burberry coat tailored for only $ 35! Would definitely get all of my clothes tailored here and would recommend to everyone I know.
