Juste le fast food à tester absolument. Leurs frites sont fraîchement coupées à la main, et ils préparent notre commande à la demande, donc pas de frites froides ou de hamburgers au pain durci parce qu’il a été préparé à l’avance… C’est une chaîné de fast foods familiale non-​franchisée, et ce qu’ils font est délicieux, avec une mention spéciale pour leur hamburger «Double-​Double» (qu’on peut choisir avec ou sans oignons).

I always get amazing food from here and the customer service is always on point. I been coming here for a couple of years now dating back from 2007. I love their food especially well done and when they give you extra sauce on the side. I appreciate what they do for their customers but their lines here are getting a bit longer than usual and only thing I don’t like here is no dine in option besides the tables outside.

Huntington Beach, CA
This is the lesser known In-​N-​Out in the Huntington Beach area. If you’re in between this one and the one on Beach Blvd, I strongly suggest you go to this one. The line is significantly shorter and the employees are always faster. It is older and in a more out of the way place but still In-​N-​Out. There are a few tables and benches outside but no indoors, with only a drive thru and walk up window. I recommend getting an extra-​toasted bun so your burger doesn’t get soggy!

Their customer service is as great as their delicious food. I bark at these guys nonstop. They never lose their cool and their smiles. I hope they never change their affordable menu. By keeping it simple, they given their competitors a run for their money. It never bothered us there is no indoor seating since we mostly do take outs.

Only two stars because I love in n out, but it is 12:30 am and I’ve been waiting for at least 15 minutes for my food in the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me… I’m tired and hungry!

What’s there to say? We all know that In-​N-​Out is yummy!
This place is always spot on with the order, only thing I don’t like is when you tell them 6 ketchups and 6 salts, they give you 3 ketchups and 1 salt. You shouldn’t have to ask again for something you’ve already asked for.
Otherwise… EXCELLENT!!!

I live less than 1 mile from here so I’m kind of in –between this In-​n-​out location and the other location on Trask. Both locations are right next to the 22 freeway exit so it’s a convenient stop. However I like this location a lot better because the wait is a lot shorter. Even during a busy time with a long line, the workers are so very efficient! I usually don’t wait longer than 15 min. Today the person who took my order in drive-​thru was so friendly and patient even though I changed my order and made it a little confusing for her.
The parking lot here is small. Probably fits about less than 10 cars. But again the parking situation here is a lot better than at the location on Trask.
Final comment? If you’re debating about which in-​n-​out location to stop at on your way from the 22, go to this location! Good food, good service and efficient!

I come here once a week lets say, I’m a fat butt, but seriously finding a Bobby pin in my animal fries. Putrid and disgusting. Such a disappointment.

Best chain burger I’ve had, I get the impression this location is special, the team work and positive attitude the crew has is fun to watch, it’s highly organized chaos, as people descend upon it for lunch, a brief wait for your fresh, made to order burger. I get the double double… Get it animal style, which is fresh and cooked onions, then add chilis for more heat. For the money this is the best place going if you’re in Westminster it’s a must stop.

This is my favorite in-​n-​out location because it’s 5 minutes from my house. The line is always busy at noon and then from around 7pm-​closing.
Customer service is great– Haley, Vince, Joey, Hailey and Zack are some great workers always offering service with a smile.
Besides the lack of parking and always busy lines there’s nothing to complain about. The workers there always make sure that your order is correct, once when you place the order and then again right before they hand over the food. Walk up window takes a particularly long time, but it’s worth the wait if you’re going to eat at the tables, which are only outside.
I usually get a double double plain with fries and a soda, but sometimes life calls for a 3×3 or even 4×4. Grilled onions are always a good idea.
Great food, my only internal question is this: how is the food so cheap, but the bill comes out so high? XD can’t beat it though for the amazing quality~

Not a burger person but I LOVE IN N OUT! If you’re a Californian, you already know how amazing this burger joint is! I always do a double double with animal style fries. Doesn’t matter which in n out you go to, always consistently delicious and great service. The only down side is the always long lines!

Been here numerous times, and haven’t had a bad experience yet, so they get 5 stars!
They’ve never messed up any orders and let me customize my burger the way I like it. They’re nice and greet you when you pull up.
I always get chopped chili on mine and just recently learned you can get pickles!!! So that’s what i’m trying next time I get in n out.
I also refuse to pay extra for animal fries and dried up cheese on top so I always ask for packets of spread and it’s basically the same as animal fries :)

Horribly bad service from Cassidy, the oh so kind girl that took the order. After complaining to supposed manager, we got cold, wilted lettuce, barely-​there patties, vomit-​inducing burgers, sour and flavorless neapolitan shakes, and the ugliest stink eye from Cassidy.
Their customer service rep did nothing. Manager did nothing. The only one of the people working that did ANYTHING was the young guy at the window, who took off 4¢.

So all In-N-Out’s usually have a long line of cars in the drive-thru…but I think this location doesn’t get as crowded compared to the other one on Magnolia/​Trask. That’s good right?! There was someone standing outside taking the orders which makes things so much faster.
Food didn’t take too long to get out and it was good as always! Number 2 with grilled onions, pink lemonade, well done fries, and extra spread sauce packet please!

I love coming to this In and Out! It’s a two minute walk from my work, and the parking is convenient. Hint: if there is a crazy amount of people, just park in the motel 6 parking lot, or the lot of the westminster café, makes getting in/​out way more convenient. Also to note, this location has outdoor dining only. Perfect for the California weather, but not so nice when it’s rainy.
Everyone here is always crazy nice, though it takes a while for them to get your food if your dining though. You practically fly in the drive thru. It’s nice because if you ask for well done, they give you well done fries, no burning to a crisp, and nothing under done. It’s the best fast food around! You can’t beat it.

Best bang for your burger buck! Flavors never fail! And if it means waiting 15 min for a DAMN DELICIOUS burger… that’s what I’m gonna do. I dont understand why someone would complain about the wait. They have awesome customer service too!
