The owner is full of bs and tricky! She tried to charge me for taxes on stripper shoes! This is an asian plaza, and asians dont believe in taxes at these sort of places. After arguing with her for 10 mins. She letted me have my way and excused the taxes. Stay firm on negotiating or dont buy shoes from here bc the owner is sneaky!

Forget this place. Went with a friend who wanted to exchange her shoes for something else. She got accused of wearing them outside(one had slight wear on the bottom from being the display, the other was pristine), then accused of lying about how little she paid for it(you’d think when trying to exchange without a receipt, we’d lie to make the purchase price her, not bargain basement). My friend has bought several pairs from here, but the owner assumed this was her first pair, and berated her for wanting to exchange, yelling(yes, yelling), «My regular customers always love my shoes and never bring them back!» Is it bad to hope that this location opens up for a better business?

I took my Mom here to bought her a pair of shoe that fit her perfectly, the place just small but sale person really pay attention try to help my Mom. This store will not do any refund just exchange. and they don’t accept check. My Mom was happy when she pick up one pair for $ 25.00.

If you read any of my other reviews you’ll quickly learn that I’m a huge shoe freak – or so it appears. This is one of my fave places to indulge my addiction. Guys would probably dig this place just to check out the hoochie mamas who shop here – & yes, I’m one, guilty as charged. jk. ;) But really, whether you’re one, wanna be one, or not, young or old this could be a stiletto lover’s paradise. Of course, they also carry flats, boots, etc. Prices aren’t totally outrageous either. Think they accept credit cards & staff pretty helpful if a little pushy at times. It could be cultural since they speak some English, Chinese, & Vietnamese – useful for customer service. There’s another shoe boutique in the same Mall w/smaller footwear selection since they sell handbags too.
