Best service yet. The guy who helped me out was knowledgeable of the products and helped me select a pair of great fitting shoes right away.

The employees were very unprofessional and was a complete waste of time. I’ve never been treated so bad. I’ve had nothing but good service until walking into this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

These people are so annoying. They keep telling these annoying jokes. Please just let me buy some boots so I can escape this nightmare. I will be going to the Red Wing store in Long Beach next time.

Needed steel toed boots for work. Cliff was knowledgeable and attentive, answered all my questions, fitted me properly, and now I have high quality, made in USA, super comfortable work boots. Great service, here.

Walked into this store looking for boot products to condition my boots. Walked out of there with what I was looking for plus a new pair of shoes. Cliff did a great job answering our questions. Keep in mind we have invested hundreds of dollars on Red Wing products and have not been disappointed. Quality, Comfort and peace of mind is what you end with Red Wing products-MADE INTHEUSA. Cliff and his crew at the Westminster store are knowledgebale of the products they sell. They are up front and honest with advice. They don’t sugarcoat to guarantee a sale. If you want quality products and customer service walk into the Westminster Red Wing store. Cliff good job

Customer service is going down. Bought my first pair in 2010 and another this year. The difference between bringing my boots in to be cleaned is 100% noticeable. 2010 boots were unlaced, scrubbed clean then treated. New 2015 boot; not unlaced, tongue is still covered in dust and dirt. Stitching all over the boot is still dirty and along the soul. Very unhappy… Usually wait about 5 – 10 minutes to get them back, this time I got them back in about 30 seconds. I’ll have to buy my own saddle soap and clean the boots at home.

They sized me right and fixed all the problems I had with my last pair. Friendly and knowledgeable staff treated me great, even as I made them stay over after closing time.

Read all the reviews about how this location sucked in the customer service department. And thought, hey it must be them and not the store. But let me tell you this location sucks, treats their costumers like crap and wanted to charge me 10 $ to condition my boots there because I didn’t buy them at that location… Advice stay away from this location. I will continue to buy red wing boots, just will not continue to support this location… If I could give them no stars I would

Was put off by the sales guy/owner/son-of-owner. He didn’t like the fact that I bought a boot for fashion. He made the comment that folks that walk into his store buy boots for work. I actually do also wear Red Wing Shoes from the Heritage Collection for work. I love my work boots so much, I bought a second pair on sale from Nordstrom for casual use. Went to his store to ask how I should care for this particular leather and he said they must be defective or cheaply made to have bought them at the price I paid. He even suggested that they were old stock that Nordstrom was trying to get rid of even though the manufacturing date on the tag reads 6⁄14. Will still buy Red Wing Shoes and accessories, just not from this store. To the owner: It actually was nice chatting with you about youth sports. Good luck with your expansion; you’ll need it to stay in business. ONESTAR because the store is actually cool; they all are.

Very happy with this store. I had some free time during lunch so I stopped by to take a look. The saleperson was helping someone else when I walked in. He said hello, and I took a couple of minutes to look around and told him that I’ll be back when I have more time. I went back after work and again he was helping someone else but as soon as he was done, he greeted me and recognized me from earlier. I told him that I was interested in a pair of dressy boots and he recommend the Heritage line. I liked the looks of the Beckman and he brought out my size in Cigar. He educated me on how they should fit and what to expect during break in as well as how to take care of them. I’m very pleased with his recommendation and glad that someone that was obviously a specialist, shared some of his knowledge. Still breaking them in. Just wearing them around the house. If people ask about my boots, I’ll definitely point them to this store.

This is a great store if you need work boots or just want the look. The store is separated into actual steel-toe boots for construction workers, etc., and the fashion-inspired breed that’s very in right now. They sell similar shoes at high-end stores and places like J. Crew, but this is the real deal.

I went in here one time, and asked them if they had Gentleman Travelers. They’re a dress shoe that Red Wings make. He told me no, those are yuppie shoes. Thanks, f*%k you too!

My last work shoes had to get dumped after it got soaked from the California December Rains and proceeded in getting moldy. Bf recommended me a number of different shoe brands that specializes in work environments, which can go anywhere from restaurant to construction sites. Red Wing Shoes was recommended by him, too. However, my problem is that 1) I’m a girl, 2) I live in California. Which means that 99.999% of all shoes available in California are more focused on fashion, and exposing toes/skin to absorb the Californian sun. Obviously, this is a negative when I need to try to find practical, durable, resilient shoes. Also, I tend to be in weird environments(from greasy floors to the pouring rain), so I needed something that could withstand most weathers. My friend, bf, and I were driving on Beach, when I noticed the store sign. I made a mental note, and asked bf if we could go to the shop within the week. Came by yesterday after work, and was greeted with a small shop. Employees were very friendly, and incredibly helpful. They found my exact fit using their machine, and I tried on a pair of shoes that were probably one of my most comfortable pair I’ve ever felt(and the most expensive pair that I would ever by). I obviously well need to upkeep it because it is made by leather, but they do have services to help maintain your shoes. There’s more or less plenty of parking in the lot. It’s right on Beach Blvd, so you can’t really miss it. Warning: these shoes are expensive, but that’s what you get for quality. A pair for women’s is around $ 90+, while men’s can be anywhere after $ 150+. Also need to take into account of tax. I think the customer service was the big plus for me. I asked plenty of questions, had plenty of worries in terms of how much water the shoes would take, but all of my questions were answered politely and knowledgeably.
