This place is under new management! Go check them out. It’s way better! If you have a problem ask for a manager. It will be fixed and you can leave with a smile.

Go an incomplete order. Attempted to call store at phone number on my receipt– no answer-called 5 times.
Went to fill out survey. Got through 10 screens of info then website pops up it is down.
Called 800 hotline. Besides my issue wanted to know how often we come in, how much we spend and so on.
Was going to send me a coupon. I then asked they have manager call me the next day. Coupon was rescinded as it was outside their department.
Then asked to talk with her supervisor. Got no further.
From now on I’ll just go Boston Market.

Wow… Very upsetting. The popcorn «chicken» was all breading. The wings also had very little chicken. I was in a hurry and wanted to grab a quick bite that was halfway healthy. I was skeptical about their chicken to begin with, but now after this experience I will never go back! If you want chicken KFC is not the place to go.

This place is aweful! They are very slow and the food is blah. Fast Food I guess. if you are in a hurry do not come here you will spend at least a good 30 mintues from when you order and actually get your food.

We were out riding one of the motorcycles and my wife and I stopped here for a bite. It was apx. 7pm on a Monday. First they we backed up at the drive thru and we not even taking orders from inside. When they finally took our order we were told they were out of Original chicken legs. Really? So we ordered something else and said it was to dine in. We received our food in a bag and a box. I’m sorry I didn’t know plates were extra.lol. The restaurant was just being very poorly run with what seemed like no one in charge. We live just 2 miles away, but will never go back here again.
