I went in on a Wednesday afternoon, 5:10pm, for a pedicure. There was one person getting her nails done, I was the second customer. I didn’t have to wait but I did make a note of the time. From their pedi menu, I selected a $ 35 pedi that was defined as 45 minutes, including a 10 minute massage. That’s my favorite part, like everyone probably! The nail tech didn’t spend much time on my nail shape, cuticles, callouses, nothing. And I’m hard on my feet so they need attention when I get a pedi. So she gets to the massage and I check the clock. It is a three minute massage in total. When she finishes my pedi — without offering for me to stay in the pedi chair for my toes to dry for even a minute or a UV lamp anywhere even though there were no other customers — I point to the menu and say it was supposed to be 45 minutes but I’d been in her chair about 23 minutes, she just says the descriptions are wrong. So I pay the 35 and leave. Will not return. The polish does look good 4 days later at least.

Worst«Pedicure» I’ve had in 20 years. Basically they just painted my toes. The $ 30(middle of the road option) took a total of 15 minutes from start to finish. Don’t waist your money.

This place is terrible! I got a mani/pedi and my polish chipped on my fingers and toes within days. I went back and they offered to redo them for me, however I didn’t have time at that moment. The manager wrote on a card to come back for a free polish change on my hands and feet and signed it, however when I went back they would not honor the card. I had waited a few months(excuse me, I work full time and I don’t have time to get my nails done every week) but they all denied that anyone had signed the card(like I made it up!) and started yelling at me. Bad business… will never return and will urge everyone I know to stay away as well. And to think, you could have earned a repeat customer by just putting on a couple coats of nail polish.
