Lifespa and Salon At Lifetime Fitness

I absolutely love it here! Rikka is amazing, but everyone there is sweet. It’s hard to find a hairstylist you love, but Rikka always makes sure what she is doing is what you actually want and she is fantastic at consulting with you. I don’t think I will be looking anywhere else anytime soon!

I was nervous going here #1 because it’s inside of a gym (even though it’s my gym) and #2 the reviews aren’t great, but I went today and I’m so sad I didn’t go sooner! Everyone was super nice and the treatments were equally amazing! Brianna did my mani/​pedi and she did a great job! Seriously couldn’t be happier. She obviously cares about what she does and it shows. She also has a great personality to boot! I saw Melissa for my hydra facial and a lash/​brow tint and it was so wonderful! She listened to my concerns and was able to offer some much needed advice. I have already booked my next treatments and will continue to go here. I honestly left confused as to why the reviews are low. Go here!!! You won’t be disappointed!

I got laser hair removal package. Worst experience with this tech, Felisha P, she just pretends she knows about laser hair removal but actually she doesn’t.
First session which I got was good after that 2 sessions I feel money is wasted… I don’t feel much change in my hair growth. In fact on one side hair is more than on other side.
At times I feel no heat or hear no snapping sound… seems like she is just moving machine on face.
She is not an honest person I have observed.
She cancels sessions or runs late,.always.
Not going there again after my sessions with her are done.
Hair techs are still better.
Yes their prices are way high as compared to the services.
And be prepared to use gym restrooms if you have because they don’t have one in spa. :/​
Not worth your time and money.

Made an appointment for facial and a massage.
My boyfriend had given me a gift card for $ 125.00 so I could have a relaxing day. It was anything but.
When I called for prices, it literally took SIX different employees before someone could give me a price. They don’t post prices on their website.
I spoke to the woman who does the facials & she said they were running a $ 50.00 off coupon (hydrafacial is normally $ 150.) & she said I did not need to print any coupon out. She said she would make a note & that they would honor it.
When I arrived, they moved up my appointment because they were 90 minutes behind.
After that long drive. I had to kill nearly 90 minutes.
So I spent money in a restaurant, since I had driven so far.
When I showed up for my massage, that therapist was also running late. REALLY?
So after filling out BOATLOADS of paperwork (possibly 8 or 9 pages BOTH sides) & waiting again, I said, let me go ahead & pay for both services in advance… while I was waiting for my late massage therapist.
They did NOT honor the $ 50.00 off. I said «That is it, I am out of here». I felt like they were not honest.
I went upstairs to get my boyfriend to take me home, the employees would not help me locate him. I said it was an emergency, they didn’t care. Plus the woman at the front desk had taken my gift card. When I said I wanted cash back, no deal.
It was a nightmare. Don’t go. Ruined my weekend. Lots of driving & waisted time for nothing.
