To start this off, I’ve been going to teazone for years. I’ve always loved their drinks and their customer service is always on point. This post is entirely about the new employee who took our order. I do understand people have good & bad days but I honestly DONOT understand how this girl can be so OBNOXIOUSLYRUDE to my friend and I. We always get along with the workers there. But this girl just seemed like she hated everyone. My friend & I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and she decided to order her drink first. ZOEY was already giving her attitude, which kind of made me not want me order at all but in the end I did. It was my turn, I simply said ’ Can I please get a large Honey green milktea with grass jelly, but can I please try the drink before you pour the drink in the cup.’ Because I do notice that they do have new workers and I do like my drink a certain way. she said«ok.» with her little attitude and I kind of shrugged it off like okays. I’m not asking you to go hike the mountain for tea leaves and come back –_– it’s because I want to make sure I like the tea instead of having to make you start over and waste both our times if I end up not liking it. But when I tried the honey green milk tea. OMG, it tasted like legit cold tap water and milk mixed together. No milk or honey what’s so ever. How is that even possible… I asked her if she can add 1 more ounce of honey she was like«well, I added 2 ounce of honey already.» I was like can you just add one more please. And she ROLLEDHEREYESATME not once but twice! First time I didn’t say anything already and she had the balls to do it twice. I finally spoke up and asked for her name and she was like«it’s zoey» with her sassy attitude. I was like Okay. Then she goes and talks shit about me thinking I can’t hear her. I finally speak up and said«I can hear you talk shit«she continues to talk shit about me to her coworkers. NEXTTIMESAYITTOMYFACENONEEDTOGOBACKANDTALKSHIT thinking you’re badass. Her coworker was pretty nice to me and kept saying sorry I think her name was Tien. But this sassy girl think she’s better than everyone else. Zoey did not apologize at all to me. All I can say is that she’s not going to get anywhere in life with that sassy rude ass attitude. Zoey word of advice lose the ‘tude and the eye rolling if you want to keep your customers satisfied. I had to create a Unilocal account just to say something about this Zoey girl. That’s how you know that her customer service was that bad lols.

First off, it is named teazone, not lollicup on the outside! That cause about 5 minutes of walking!:P Aside from that, the bubble tea isn’t anything out of the ordinary. I am more of a milk tea fan so naturally I thought the jasmine milk tea tasted more refreshing than the smoothie. The smoothie tasted a little powdery to my liking but that’s nothing special! Also had the popcorn chicken! The meat was tender but the rub was not as great as some places I have tried. Not really a flavorful one but just spicy. Not what I preferred. Overall, the products were okay from what I an use to from Washington!

Took 30 minutes for my slushie with ONE customer who ordered before me. Cashier said«sorry about the long wait». No excuses for my drink to take so long –_–

More expensive than teazone in Garden Grove! No dipping sauces for fried goodies. The prices are higher but given less? Sad face. I understand you remodeled but don’t rip people off. Thanks!

I come here very often since I live so close by. This Lollicup is located in a plaza that seems to always be crowded and so, parking can be a little difficult BUT don’t let that steer you away from trying out this place. I have never had any problems with the service, and it’s usually pretty quick, even if there’s a line. If you order food it’ll take them around 10 minutes to get it to you so if you’re in a rush, I don’t recommend getting the food. I usually just order a milk tea with boba and they hand me my drink almost right after I pay so that’s great. For food, I LOVE their popcorn chicken. It’s just so flavorful and it can get pretty spicy even though I always order it mild. But that’s fine, I love spicy! I have also had their calamari. It’s pretty chewy and can be a little too salty. Otherwise, it’s pretty good. For drinks recommendation(based off of my own personal favorites and friends’) –MANGOSNOW and HONEYDEWSNOW –JASMINEMILKTEA and plain MILKTEA –HONEYGREENTEA –LYCHEEFLAVOREDBLACKTEA –AVOCADOSMOOTHIE(I know for sure that they use real avocados for this drink as I tried ordering it once during the summer and they told me they ran out of avocados) Overall, I simply adore this Lollicup location. I have been coming here since forever and I will keep on coming.

I have to give them 5 stars or more if I could. We have been coming here since the business started many years ago. The menu selections are various. The workers at the store are very young and hardworking. Last night, I went there to order some tea drinks then I forgot my phone somewhere in the store. I couldn’t sleep at night because I thought I would lost it.(my brand new Samsung Note 5). I came back in the morning and they kept the phone for me. Their customer service is outstanding. The kids who work there are awesome!!! Definitely will always be back to support the business.

I’ve been coming here since I was a wee little lad. This was the coolest place I could think of to get my boba fix. Now, I’m no longer a wee little lad, but I still love boba. Boba, will be my guilty pleasure for-eva!!! This will also be one of my favorite boba/coffee/tea places in all of the County of Orange of the State of California of the United States of America. Oh, and by the way, they have the certified best popcorn of all! Trust me!

I came here for boba and quick snacks so often but this is the first time I’ve written a review for Lollicup. This location is larger than others so this is a great study spot or a great place to hang out if you have a large groups. But they don’t have Chicken Gizzard while the Lollicup at Westminster always has it. In general, the quality and the taste of the drink, which is boba milk tea, is OK, but not as good as the drinks at the Other locations, which is Lollicup Westminster and San Diego. My fav snacks here are fish ball and popcorn chicken.

This is one of the few places that have really yummy boba green milk tea. It has a strong tea taste and is not watered down. I sometimes stray to other places but I always seem to come back. They also have a good royal milk tea slush. My only gripe is sometimes it’s a long wait but if you want good green milk tea… this is the place.

I don’t live close to this location anymore, but I continue coming because of their lavender milk tea and mini boba. I love the refreshing flavor and fresh texture of the boba. Another reason to like this place is their stamp card! Once you’ve collected 10 stamps, you get a free drink!!! The seating area is small, but always very clean and the girls working there are always very nice. They supply some board games for you to hang out. This location has its busy peak hours, you can tell because you see the line going out the door. The location is in the heart of Little Saigon. It is in crowded shopping mall. It’s hard to get a parking spot, but be patient, one will eventually open up.

Coming from the east coast, I can’t find exotic tea flavors the west coast has to offer, so that it self is already a plus in my book. The boba is consistent and soft! Also, they have mini boba as an option, which my mom loves! I had their lavender tea once and wasn’t really into it. but then I got the rose milk tea and just the classic milk tea and it was great! After trying the other bubble tea spots, this one is definitely a favorite for my sister and I!

I’ve been coming here since I was in third grade.(I’m a freshman in college now.) My absolute FAVORITE drink here is the Jasmine Milk Tea! The level of sweetness is perfect. What makes it even better is the honey boba! It tastes the best in the morning. Some other great drinks are the honey green milk tea, honey green tea, avocado smoothie, watermelon slush, passion fruit green or black tea, and pistachio smoothie! On chilly days, you can always come here for a hot drink! I loooooove the hot Jasmine Milk Tea with honey boba! I always come here for the chicken gizzard! It’s freakin delicious. Ask for the mango habanero sauce(extra 50 cent charge I believe). They also have buffalo sauce for an extra 50 cents. I also enjoy the fried tofu and spicy lemon wings! Oh and I can’t forget the spicy fries!!! This place has free wifi, amazing staff, and awesome food and drinks! What more could you ask for?! Oh right. NOTHING!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review so quickly before and this time it’s not a good one. I frequent this location quite often — ever since it was a Teazone back in the day. The only complaint I’ve ever had was the whole cash only deal but today I’ve got another one. Usually when you walk in, you’re greeted by someone — sometimes even the whole staff! Today I was greeted by the staff in the back(I like the enthusiasm) and a grumpy cashier in the front. I walked up to the cashier and she stood there. Quietly. Looking at the table/screen. I assumed she was not yet ready to take my order but she continued to stand there and not even look at me. I said hi, first. Nothing. After a few more seconds of silence she looked up at me, cuing me with a blank/irritated look to begin my order. Thanks for the acknowledgement, bro. Gave my order. Which she got wrong at first. Still doesn’t wanna even really acknowledge me. That’s cool. I can hear you chatting away with your coworkers in the back. That’s kind of rude. Get my drink. Still doesn’t even want to be amicable. Ok. Drinkwise? It was ok. Maybe it’s simply ok to me because my cashier kind of threw me off and brought my mood down.

This Lollicup(used to be a Tea Zone, LOL I’m old) has been in this plaza since forever and as a Lollicup, it’s almost like your Starbucks of boba. It’s nothing remotely special but it never disappoints. :) Food: Whenever I go here with friends, we get the fried calamari which has never disappointed, not once! The rings are big and not too fried as to make it all gross and soggy. The seasoning is really nice, I’d go for a medium if you like a little spice. Mild is almost nothing. I’m always tempted to try other stuff but the calamari is just so good… Drinks: Never gotten anything aside from the basic stuff like peach black tea and almond milk tea but those are always good. I want to try the potted milk tea in the future, it looks super good! They have all your basic needs for boba drinks and have also added some cool new ones like a mojito-esque drink and lavender teas and stuff like that. Great mix of your typical basics and new drinks. Location: The plaza is horrible, welcome to Bolsa. It’ll take awhile to find parking and also beware the horrible drivers. Location itself is small, a couple of seats inside. It’s more of a stop by and get something and go home or go somewhere else kind of place. One downside, CASHONLY. That sucks ’cause who doesn’t use card nowadays. Luckily there’s a Wells Fargo nearby so if you use wells fargo you can get cash there! :) Overall, nothing remotely amazingly special about the workers, location, or menu but they really don’t disappoint every time I go there so I’m here often because who can resist a consistently good cup of boba. :) I’m a sucker for consistency.

Oh Lollicup… you are one of the OG’s of boba and milk teas! Before all these boba milk tea places started popping up like a trend. It’s like a block away from where I live so it is convenient. The drinks are not the best… but good. It tastes more artificial than some of the other places. My go to drinks are Almond milk tea, taro milk tea, avocado shake and watermelon slushie! I do like their popcorn chicken with rice combo though! I get it super spicy ;) but sometimes it still isn’t that spicy. The crowd here has died down since other tea places have opened around this location. I guess it is a good alternative place to go if you don’t like to wait too long in lines.

Best Milk tea in the OC! I used to get popcorn chicken at Tastea from the Block but they closed down and this place is next best thing! Very tasty, hot, juicy, tasty, and kinda spicy. Docked off a star because the milk tea makes me sick afterwards…

I don’t get anything special when I get my boba fix. I usually just get a green apple slush with either jelly or popping or regular boba… I just hate when you can barely taste the green apple… All ice … Little flavor… It was forgettable…

This is a cute little tea place. They also serve small plates there like calamari. Do not bring a good group here! I had their green milk tea with mini bobas and it was really good. The mango black tea with lychee is also good. It was really refreshing!

My favorite boba place. Never been disappointed in any of their drinks. I’ve tried quite a few drinks, but my go to drink is always jasmine milk tea. You can’t go wrong with milk tea :) their boba is also really good. It had a nice sweet flavor to it. Some places just cook their boba but don’t add any sweetener to it but this place has bomb pearls. They also have some appetizers which isn’t bad. I’ve tried the popcorn chicken, tofu, and fried banana. They’re all good except I think the fried banana is a little too expensive for how much they give you. Downside is they only take cash which I don’t always carry. So all our trips here are always planned. Oh and they have stamp cards so you can get a free drink after the 10 drink.

Cash only! Maybe its cause I haven’t been here in so long. But I LOVE the new décor. It’s much more modern, looks clean and even though is still the same small store. it looks like it has much more open space. Was craving their peach snow so found myself coming back after yearrrrrrs of not coming here. Their peach snow is still good as always and I like to get it with their mini bobas. My bf ordered their almond milk tea. I tried it and we both agreed that there was too much almond taste or smell or whatever they use to have that almond flavor in there. It was just waaaaay too strong. Maybe if they could tone it down a bit on that. it would be good. But over all if I am every craving a peach snow. this is the place I’d go!
