Triet Nguyen needs to work on his empathy skills. When my mom and dad, both seniors, scheduled appointments for 2pm, they waited until 4:30pm… nevermind the fact that they didn’t have my mom’s coverage info(despite this being the 4th visit), forcing my mom to fetch her insurance card from home while my dad waited for his turn. When she told Dr. Triet how long they had to wait, and that her son was her only ride to his office, he had the nerve to snap back with this snide suggestion: «Just take a taxi!» If you want a doctor who shows compassion and understands what it’s like to be a senior where English is your 2nd language, do not take your loved ones to this doctor.

So I decided to go with my Dad to get his eyes checked since he had to go to ER because of pain and redness… We immediately followed up with eye Dr. here and he was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and explained everything in layman’s terms making easy to understand exactly whats going on. Totally took his time even tho he was busy and not to mention the young gentleman most likely his assistant… was Fabulous & helpful. The waiting room had a fish tank and plenty of magazines around… Clean and welcoming. I def recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest eye Dr.

The doctor here is a mad genius. Ophthalmologist who went to some big-time Ivy League school and graduated first in his class. Super nice guy and really knows what he’s doing. Nice office too. Lots of windows and natural lighting. Gives off great feng shui and good vibrations. K done.
