My wife and I are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary today. We decided on the Outback despite the bad reviews we read. Folks, don’t believe everything bad that you read. Sometimes folks are just having a bad day. Our experience here today was very pleasant. We were seated immediately and our server Henry was tableside right after. He was very informative. He answered our questions and made our choices easier. We ordered 15 minutes after walking into the place and were eating less than 20 minutes after that. My wife had chicken with seasonal vegetables and a side of flavored rice. She said she enjoyed everything. I opted for the 13oz. boneless Ribeye, baked potato and sauted mushrooms. I ordered my steak medium rare and medium rare I got. It was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly and so juicy and tender. The baked potato was baked just right. Very tasty mushrooms too. All in all, this was a great way to celebrate a 44th wedding anniversary. Great food and great«company«too. We’ll be back!

Came here on Monday night 6÷20÷2016 around 7pm. Seated right away. Server came right away and took drink orders. We waited over 15 mins to get a drink even though the bar tender was doing nothing but talking to his buddies. The server had to actually go behind the bar himself and get the drinks — OMG!!! I complained to the door lady and asked her to tell the manager that this was a disgrace. No sign of any management all night. Very poorly run, indeed. How does a bartender get away with this. Servers are depending on him to do his job — they are depending on fast service to get the best tips. Get rid of that bartender — PLEASE. He was useless. Get a decent manager to watch over the process — PLEASE!!! Food — it was OK. House salad was awful. The starter was the BEST though. Barbie Shrimp… we loved this! I’ve been here a dozen times before but not sure I will be back.

Negative five stars! Weve only been here once and haven’t return since. Every time we would see a coupon now and then we would be tempted to go back. But then we would remember the whole terrible experience. The rude customer service, the awful dry and overcooked steak, the nausea and diarrhea. Never again.

I went during happy hour and there’s so much variety on the menu! My favorite thing to get is the no rules pasta and it tastes perfect every single time. The server I had named Eddie is so so nice and always asks to see if your meal is going well or if you need anything else.

Good food. My kids always love their kids Mac n cheese and it is consistently good. I had their steak with baked potato and coconut shrimp. I think next time I’ll skip the coconut shrimp and go for the grilled shrimp. It was one of the best baked potato I’ve ever had with a salty skin. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Highly recommend for families or date night!

Great service, great food, great Chocolate Thunder. My sirloin tasted great and they have my favorite garlic mashed potatoes. The only bad things were that I asked for medium well and the steak was well done. I also got a side of king Crab… It’s been a while since I got this side and I remember it being a bigger portion. All in all it was a real good experience.

+1 star for friendly staffs and servers. +1 star for good service. The food itself is not good. –Free appetizer bread= it’s warm, soft and the only thing that’s good here. –I tried their clam chowder = too salty. –Mahi fish= has no flavor, so dry and chewy. –Salmon = looks nothing like the picture on the menu. The fish have no flavor and it’s so dry. –Steamed veggies= overcooked and mushy. –Medium prime rib= is over cook like it was very well-done, so tuff to cut. It’s very chewy like eating rubberband. Will not be returning to this location. Unless, they change the chef.

Came for dinner on a Friday night. Pretty crowded, but got seated right away. What we got: Baked Potato Soup: potato soup topped off with bacon, green onions, and cheese. Didn’t really taste like a baked potato, but good nonetheless. House Salad: your typical house salad with cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, and croutons. 8 oz Prime Rib & Garlic Mashed Potatoes($ 18): comes with 2 sides so I had the baked potato soup with this that came out first. Garlic mashed potatoes was good and they give you a huge serving of it too! It was smooth and not too lumpy. Prime rib came with au jus sauce, but couldn’t flag someone down to ask if there was horseradish or not. Ordered the prime rib rare and it came out rare with a nice crust on the outside. 9 oz Sirloin Steak &4 oz Lobster($ 22): a little sad looking compared to the prime rib. Came out on a big plate and the steak and lobster took up like less than half the plate… but we aren’t there to judge them on the presentation right? Taste wise, BF was satisfied. Steak came out medium rare and they had A1 sauce for him so that’s all that he cares about. Lobster dipped in the melted butter with a little lemon squeezed onto it was delicious! Service: I didn’t get our servers name, but she was really nice! She had conversations with each guest and made sure they got everything they needed, but I don’t know where she was when I wanted horseradish…

I feel like a gluttonous oinker and I don’t regret any bit of it. Maria was my server and she was very sweet and efficient. My steak was cooked to perfection. The $ 17.99 deal is oh so worth it! If anyone is reading this and you like your steak cooked above medium… order the chicken, you’re wasting meat!

Late late lunch… place is empty! Server immediately headed for a table by the bathroom, but quickly but a stop to that. Server was prompt with water, bread and a smile. Shared specials and left. Ordered Pork chops Not once but twice, because the first order was over cooked and tough like microwaved. Took 10 minutes to replace the chops. And the second time undercooked. The chop was raw! OMG!!! I Had to spit out the bite… Well the crab cake is nothing like the description. More like a fish cake. No lumps of crabmeat to be found in the mix. Was a glob of gooey fishy mess and under cooked! The vegetables — broccoli, carrots and yellow zucchini overcooked like mush oatmeal… Sweet potato way over cooked! Server had the audacity to say«this doesn’t usually happen» well it did and that was the wrong thing to say. How about I’m sorry let me get my manager or anything but what she said. I asked for the manager Amy, and pretty much a blank look on her face. She didn’t have words other than lunch was taken care! Can assure you there is a reason this location lacks in producing funds! Sadly I will not be returning to this location ever… RAW pork there is no excuse!!!

It’s an Outback. Australian for TGIF. That said, this is a dependable place for a drink to hit if you’re doing some shopping at Westminster Mall and you aren’t in the mood for International Billiards or C’est Ci Bön.

Waited for an extended amount of time for curbside service. I should have just walked in. The food here is good but service could be better. The bartender Austin is awesome. Maybe I’ll skip Curbside and have a drink instead.

I was so disappointed last night with my 13 Oz Rib eye steak! It just did not have the same awesome taste when we dined 4 weeks ago! It tasted very bland and had absolutely no mesquite taste! The restaurant was packed and we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated! I think the kitchen was somewhat overwhelmed and started to cut corners in order to get the food orders to the impatient customers! My steak tasted like a cheap sirloin without the Very unique Mesquite BBQ Taste that Outback is famous for! We were just so disappointed and asked our very nice waitress to bring us a box to take the leftovers home! My wife hates to waste food and is going to make an attempt to eat the leftover next day. I think I should have returned the Rib eye right away instead of getting upset about it! Loved our appetizers! We had the chicken wings medium spicy and seared tuna which was excellent! Also my wife loved her Margarita And I enjoyed my Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer! At this point I am a little bit afraid to go back to Outback because I do not want to have another disappointing Dinner or maybe i will give it another try during the week and not on a Saturday when things are less hectic. Sorry outback but I need to give you 2 on the Unilocal chart!

For some reason today things did not go right, the wings were very salty, the sauce was even saltier, I asked for the garlic aioli so that went well with the wings. The seared tuna was fine. We shared a big rib eye, I did not taste the mesquite today, it was very crowded, lots of people waited outside to get a table. The next time we will come here during the week for better food. Fortunately we had a 15% off coupon so that helped.

Service was good, but my steak… not so much. Undercooked and grissly Sizzlers does a better steak.

I wasn’t impressed. I came here for a quick lunch with my friend after class, and quick lunch was just how it was. The ambiance was decent. Your usual dark, dim, restaurant. It consisted of lots of business men and the bar was clear of any people. The décor was unique . The menu didn’t offer much. The prices also weren’t low at all. They had a lower cost«deal» part of the menu but you get very little selection. Our waiter was very unfriendly about us using our $ 2 off coupon because we didn’t print it, but used our smart phones to show him. I wanted to say Get with the times, bro! Who prints out coupons anymore? This isn’t Del Taco. My chicken tacos were extremely plain and very boring. I did request them simple, but I expected some cheese in it at least. I got a few pieces of chicken and some lettuce. He rushed us with our bill too. It was odd. So we paid and left. Not a place I would come back too. At least the Hostess was very nice.

+ Service was good + Food was good I don’t really have anything negative to say about this place. Friends and I went in, ate and left. The usual dine-in experience. Our waiter was pretty good. Got our order down to a tee, and there were no mess-ups when the food came out. The wait for the food wasn’t too bad either, and this was with a slightly packed house. Short review, but it was a nice in-eat-out type experience. 5 stars because everything went well.

A-Ok for when you have a craving for steak but don’t want to break the bank. I just couldn’t shell out the cash for Flemings so we came here. I’m comparing this steakhouse to others of the same price point– clearly not Mortons, Flemings, etc. I had the 13oz ribeye and loaded baked potato. It was tender and juicy and full of flavor. I enjoyed it and my bank account didn’t suffer. Service was great. Our server was very attentive. I’d definitely return for a casual night when I’m craving a simple steak.

I hadn’t been to an Outback in years. If I want steak I opt for a fancy-shmancy steak house. Since I wasn’t expecting much I was quite pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this Outback Steakhouse location. An old friend was treating me to lunch and brought me here. There weren’t a lot of customers throughout our visit; I guess people(me included) usually think of lighter fare for lunch rather than a slab of beef. I ordered the 10oz ribeye with a side of fries and a salad along with a mango ice tea. Some humdrum bread was delivered to the table while we waited for the real food. The ribeye was fantastic. Cooked medium as I had ordered it. Tender, flavorful… I enjoyed every bite. The fries were perfectly seasoned and a great accompaniment. The salad was standard — fresh but nothing special. I really enjoyed the mango ice tea too; it had a strong mango flavor and was sweet. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Although getting steak is pricier than what I normally allot for lunch it was all the better since I wasn’t paying. They also have less expensive items on the menu like burgers and salads. After this lunch I certainly can’t nonchalantly dismiss Outback — they fed me a great steak!
