Best experience ever! First time at Arby’s and the customer service was so great. They were courteous and knowledgable. The food was hot and delicious. I loved the curly fries and the horsey sauce best! Management and the employee named TYLER went above and beyond to make sure my first time would be the first of many. Thank you to everyone who works at the location on Edinger. For sure, I will be back! Yay!

Haven’t been to an Arby’s in many moons so I went by to check out the menu updates. Got the turkey wrap. Disappointing. It was cold — as in out of a refrigeration unit. The paper was cold, the tortilla was cold. Like airplane food used to be. Flavor was okay. With a regular drink, it cost 8 dollars. Those same dollars can be better spent elsewhere for fresh-made food, IMO. Sorry, Arby’s. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Steak fajita, with fully loaded curly fries. Nom nom. Sorry again for the lack of pictures, guys. I was too hungry to wait for a snapshot.

This location had been here since forever. I had a french dip swiss combo with curly fries. It was good. The dip juice was tasty and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. There was only a few table inside and there were several table outside.

Don’t know why this Arby’s closes early before its scheduled. Think it’s bad business

I haven’t been here in awhile and I don’t know why! The food is amazing, the curly fries and fresh and crisp to perfection! Our server Martin was sweet and welcoming :)

Service was friendly, place was clean… BUT $ 26 for 2 combos roast beef and a 5 piece chicken meal? The quality doesn’t quite match the price. Curly fries were def out of temperature, not hot but not cold… down where in the lukewarm middle. Still I was craving some Arby’s sauce and it hit the spot. Oh and no drive thru, kinda lame!

I am giving this Arbys 3 stars because it is good fast food, the BLT brown sugar bacon sandwiches that they are promoting right now is decent, and the outside tables with umbrellas are pet friendly. I believe that is very fair. Parking is easy due to no drive thru. The downside is it appears to have no public restrooms. The one thing I could suggest to this location is try and keep the tables clean. When there is down time, allow an employee to just wipe down the tables please. Having no drive thru is also a downside but I think this Arbys location is a vintage one. Would I go back here to eat, sure, as long as I am in the area. Will I be craving for it? Not really. My stop here was more of a necessity but I am thankful for it being here.

Arby’s has been consistently good over the years. Went to Arby’s HB Calif. today, it has been there 40 years +!! I ordered the new advertised brown sugar BLT. So disappointed! The advertising sent by mail and in the stores shows a beautiful loaded BLT on a bun, I got a small, I mean small-BLT on bread. Just 1 small slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce. Shame on you Arby’s. Not worth the $$.

The manager(Ronaldo) I believe his name was was ridiculously rude and disrespectful. I asked him for the keys to the restroom and he didn’t want to give them to me for whatever reason. I’m not one to get offended easily, but this guy was so incredibly rude I can’t help but to leave this review here. Ronaldo I hope you read this and clean up your attitude and people skills before you find yourself without a job.

First off, the Unilocal ad says they are open until midnight so I drive quite a ways because they are not that many locations, when I arrived, there were a bunch of stoner looking kids hanging out inside, and the employee who was not very friendly told me quite rudely were closed… When I looked at the time on my phone it said 10:52 pm and the sign on the door said closed at 11. And Unilocal says closed at 12. Get it together Arby’s, I’m not very happy right now!

I used to love arby when I was a kid. Dunno what happen. The roast beef is not the same. Did the meat change?

Got a gift card for Arby’s so I finally decided to use it. I guess I came early because it barely opened, but regardless, I was still able to order. It was my first time and I wanted to make my gift card worth it so I ordered #7 that came with roast beef, onion rings, swiss, and bbq sauce. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was amazing! I’m somewhat hooked so I’d probably come back!

I have a love hate with this Arby’s location. The hate is the whole deal where they don’t have a drive thru! Sometimes I just want to be able to not get out of my car especially when I’m in a time crunch. The love though is how fast their service is. The workers are nice and they prep your meal as soon as you order and it comes out pretty fast. Gotta love their curly fries with the horsey sauce as well as the beef and cheddar with Arby sauce. Thinking about it makes me want some, maybe I’ll just saying by after work!

Love Arby’s food! Not much interaction with staff but everyone at least greets you with a smile. No negative points on my side.

Good for what it is. I dare you to read the nutritional information. They roll out new offerings from time to time, but the classic roast beef and curly fries is the only thing I can recommend. I wonder if there is a clean, nice, newer location around…

You know I see the reviews– and perhaps I got them on a bad day. A really bad day. When I walked in, a Tuesday afternoon, the place was nearly empty of customers save two pale lost souls at the tables. They had the look of eternally damned about them, staring vacantly at my arrival, really kind of creepy. There was a fellow at the counter, and two vaguely Hispanic ladies in the kitchen. I noticed several wrapped items under the heat lamps up front. More on those later. I ordered a Reuben. The fellow at the counter assured me his name was ‘Jose’. After a brief language struggle and emphatic pointing at the towering menu behind him, I was assured that my order was understood, and was told that Reuben did not work Tuesdays, but would be in on Thursday. So while the eternally damned stared on in mute horror, I turned to reassemble my wallet, and when I turned back I noticed that a couple of the items under the heat lamp where missing. One of the kitchen ladies had whisked away the pre made sandwich from under the heat lamp and there on the counter was busily removing items from the sandwich that did not conform to my order and then adding the meat like relics from the gallows. She worked with the furor of a mad scientist! I think I heard the sauerkraut scream. The result? A reanimated Rueben!(Not THAT Rueben, He’s not in till Thursday) But wait! She used turkey. The Horror. And the Damned stared mutely on. So I left with my wilted abomination receiving the now customary«Bueno» as I left the counter. I realized that like Arby’s fruit smoothie, further interaction with the staff would be fruitless, and if stayed any longer I was at risk of joining the Damned in their eternal watch.(I don’t know what was going on with those two, but I gotta tell you that if Burger King is still looking for a new mascot, here was a couple of good prospects.) And who eats Turkey Reuben’s anyways. If I want this kind of abuse in the future I’ll eat at Tommy’s. The Horror.

When you don’t have a drive thru, you’re on a busy street, and parking is crappy, it makes it hard to get a good review. We came here once and the fries were stale. Meh.

Disgusting, weird skin found in sandwhich. So unappetizing we threw it away. We’ll never eat there again

Oh my gosh! Memory Lane for me since High School and this Arby’s location. It has been here since the dinosaurs roamed. Yes I am ancient. Seriously, was here Saturday and did those memories come back where you could watch them slice in front of you on the meat slicer machines and it all seemed so «advanced». There must be 100 or more coats of red paint on their old trash cans outside and the brick wall separating them from the gas station next door. Small indoor seating, lots of outdoor seating. Now for the best part… their roast beef sandwiches and their Arby’s sauce and Horsey sauce. yum, yum! We all know what an Arby’s taste like, delicious. It is just one of those places that has consistant indulgent, bad for you food and my favorite, an Arby’s regular roast beef sandwich and the curly fries. Those 2 combos just go together like bacon and eggs. A good shake always hits the spot too. Diet, what diet, who diets and goes to a fast food place anyway? Sometimes you have to satisfy a craving and Arby’s does that for me.
