Paramount Printing & Graphics

We’ve used Paramount for all our printing and vehicle graphics work ever since my brother and I started our company, Altitude Comfort Heating and Air.
James and the guys have always been very responsive whenever we needed anything. They turn around new proofs the same day when we make changes to something, and our orders have always been delivered within the promised time.
James and the rest of the staff routinely go out of their way to get us what we need quickly. Never been disappointed in their service. Definitely worth the drive for us because we know they’re going to take good care of us every time.

From the moment you walk in the door they don’t greet you in any way and look at you like «what do you want». For being in the design/​print business these guys are not helpful whatsoever. They dropped the ball on our email conversation so I had to go back in and the guy working that day had no idea what I was talking about, nor did try and be helpful on finding out. So I had re-​explain everything. Once we received the proof back that we wanted for our banner, they half-ass’d it with disregard to the specific details in the email, that a 3^rd grader could have understood. Once we contacted the owner in the Brighton location, he defended his poor staff and company instead of apologizing or trying to fix it. If I’m gonna spend my hard earned $ 100 on a banner I expect you to at least say Hi when I walk in your store. Back to Global signs and printing I go!!!

Paramount printing did a great job on my car’s windows decals and gave me a great price as well!
