One upside is that there was free hot e — it’s like sugar water with these little seeds. Oh, that doesn’t sound appetizing? Because it’s not. The phở quality is subpar compared to nearby restaurants. It might do well in, say, Lake Forest or something, but there are far better options in Little Saigon. Half the meat were tender, half were tough scraps. Finally, one funny thing on the menu read«honey with salmon» as a drink… when they meant«honey with lemon.»

It was good. The people was very friendly and cool. I liked my phở. It was rare steak. I also thought the spring rolls were great.

I believe Phở 100ºC recently opened a few weeks ago. The former business at this location use to be one of my go to places for Phở(Phở 86). Ehh when one door close another one opens. Quick Review I shall update as I try other dishes. What brought my meal over the top was the service. The lady I believe is the owner was dope as heck, real funny and welcoming. I should note she has pretty good English… better than myself I should add. The tea was good and was refilled without me asking. I hate it when I go to restaurants and ask for a refill and they look at me like as if I was the North Viet Cong that stole their country. AND the tea here is not diluted like most Vietnamese places. Bun Bo Hue — I liked it, but I wish it came with more meat(its not their fault, I have a habit of eating all the meat in the beginning — same goes with my phở). The broth was very well balanced and its better than most restaurant that serve BBH. I would def come back here when I’m in the mood for BBH Mi Quang — My friends that I was eating with, ordered this and they both agreed that the Mi Quang was scrumptious. So, the food I did try was pretty good. In my opinion it meets the«Bonsa» restaurant standards if not, pass it. I have no complaints on the food I would def come back… I probably will come back. Oh and also, before leaving the lady mentioned she has future plans to open late night. Other items such as hot pot may be added if I remember correctly. And if its the same hot pot she was eating with her family when I came in… then Buddha damn count me in. I hope her plans of opening late night does come through. it will attract the young hip crowd such as myself. I hate and I’m sure many will agree that the service at late night phở places like Phở Thanh and Phở Vinh Ky etc are horrible. Just thinking about the service there gets my blood boiling to 100ºC. — which is not that much actually. Just googled it and its only 50ºF — That’s food for thought for ya. Smell you later.
