Called and ordered an Hawaiian pizza it was cold and very greasy. Will never order a pizza from here again! Don’t waste your time nor money.

The only good thing I have your say about this location is they offer carryout specials. Even though it’s a closed location to us we will not come back here again. The last two times we have been here not only has our order not been ready in the time frame they had quoted us our order has been wrong. They even remade the order this last time and they made it wrong again. If you can go anywhere else do. Little Caesars does a better job and it’s on $ 5.

This Pizza Hut location consistently gives hot delicious food at a great price. And I always order online and they give me a $ 10 coupon just for doing a quality survey after. Also they have the best wings around, I usually order the bone out naked wings and they are awesome.

I don’t know if it’s PH (the chain) that’s fallen off, or if it’s directly tied to this particular location: either way, it was NOT good pizza. I ordered a Supreme and a Meat Lovers (not sure sure about their new flavored crust thing they have going on) with traditional pan crusts. Both were very salty, the crusts were over-saturated with garlic butter, and one of my pizzas feels… undercooked. Whatever it may be, I know won’t be ordering from PH anytime soon

I ordered a pizza on a Monday evening, it took about two hours for deliver. I called the store at the one hour mark to cancel my order because I knew my pizza would be not-so-hot by the time I actually received it at that point. The guy on the phone, I think his name was Marcus, promised me a hot pizza and offered to send a free two liter soda, and told me my pizza would be leaving the store, «whenever the driver gets back». An hour later, I received a cold, two hour-old pizza and no free two liter, imagine that! It really horrible service here.
