I’ve been here a few times and each time there’s always an issue. We came here on Sunday, which was Father’s Day. Busy, but not extremely. It was obvious that there were lots of new people working. Our waitress in particular admitted being new. My husband ordered his burger medium, it came out well done. Plus whatever«fixin’s» that were supposed to be on the burger were barely even there. It looked like it was quickly slapped together. We ordered a grilled cheese for our toddler and the cheese wasn’t even remotely melted. Like still solid and hard. My husband also ordered a flight of beer and the waitress couldn’t even correctly identify which was which. Plus apparently there was a Father’s Day special where you got two more beers for free with the flight, but she never told us that and just brought out two beers of her choosing. I was asked if I wanted a refill of water while we were still eating and I said I did. I got it about 15 mins later after she brought out the check. I can completely empathize with being new on the job and how stressful that can be. I wasn’t even mad at our waitress, as she was very sweet. And our biggest issues were the quality of our food, which is a kitchen problem. But I think RB can do a better job of properly training their employees, and not have so many new hires scheduled on a busy holiday.

This is a classic chain with great beer options and only subpar food. I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was super dry and way over cooked. They were kind enough to replace it but 20 minutes later after my party finished eating. I ended up taking the salad, with new chicken slices home. While the food experience was pretty disappointing(and not even an apology), the service was super fun and quirky. Our server was attentive, had waters and beer regularly filled, and was pretty good. The disappointing thing is the food and sadly, I went there to eat… And I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. The service was good, food was disappointing so it was an OK experience. Perhaps just visit if you want drinks and find another place to fill your cravings.

Ok both my food and my wife’s food cold my daughter had a chicken sandwich cold. They heated it up for us. On the way home I felt very sick, by the time we got home I was throwing up in my driveway, then threw up in the house then sick all night and the following day… enough said!

WORSTDININGEXPERIENCEOFMYLIFE. I wish I could rate this 0 stars, or negative for that matter. First got our drink orders wrong, brought an iced tea instead of a water. No big deal. We got our dinner before the appetizer, and when we told the food runner about it she was extremely rude. The manager, Noël, came over and said the app would be free. I ordered my burger medium, it was extremely pink, and my dad ordered his medium rare, it was well done. We’re not the type to send food back but we did. The burgers came back out, this time even more pink than the first. Both burgers were extremely raw and pink. I wish I took a picture. So we let the manager know we are very unsatisfied and don’t want anything else. He looks at my burger and says«I don’t know, I think that’s pretty close. You did order medium rare,» which I did not. I ordered medium, and this was well below medium rare regardless. I’m sorry but Noël provided the worst managerial customer service I have ever seen. The problem could have been minimized from the beginning if he cared at all, instead he just seemed annoyed from the very beginning. After all this they bring the bill and we were charged for our iced tea that we did not order or drink, and our coupon that we presented when we first sat down was not taken off. We let them know and they took them off, including the $ 5 coupon, but they added $ 5 on to the order elsewhere… uh, did you think we wouldn’t notice? Overall, the worst dining experience of my life. Our waitress was good for the most part, but Noël was not. I’ve worked in retail and I know customer service, he provided the worst managerial customer service I have ever witnessed. I will not be returning, not necessarily because of the food, but because I would not spend 1 dollar at a restaurant that Noël manages.

This Rock Bottom location is nestled in orchard parkway near multiple shopping boutiques and the amc theater, which makes this place a great spot to stop in for a drink when your already out and about. The bar area is open seating and the patio is nice to sit out on when it’s warm enough — which is nice because it’s a beautiful area overlooking the mountains. When my friend and I met here on a Friday evening, this place was packed! But our server was friendly and service was prompt, despite how busy it was. We tried a few different beers, including a whiskey beer, and I have not found a whiskey beer I enjoy nearly as much as the one this place serves! The food was decent, and prices are reasonable. When I came here again for another occasion the service was just as excellent!

Was great except my club sandwich was served with the wax paper cooked onto the meat. I had to send it back. We got an apology but nothing comped. Everyone was pretty much done eating when I finally got my food without the paper. Disappointing

The waiter was outstanding, but the food sucked. Took over an hour to get our food, it was cold. For such a simple menu of sandwiches, burgers and pizza it’s sucks they can’t get it right. Good luck to all of you that decide to eat cold food and over priced meals at this establishment.

Oh man, what a strange visit. This rating is based solely on this visit, this location. First of all — it was FREAKINGFREEZING in there. I think at some point during the meal the heat kicked on. Our server was trying super hard. I’m not sure if she got double sat or if she simply had too many tables but I ordered a beer and it took 30 minutes. 30 minutes, just for the beer. Yowza. She was super apologetic and comp’d the beer(sweet!). My mom’s water glass sat empty for a really long time. And bless our server’s heart — she was so apologetic. Aaannddd when our food came out it was wrong. Bad night at Rock Bottom? Maybe. We might be back but truthfully, there are better breweries and better nom spots. Solidly, «meh.»

The overall décor in the store is very nice. The staff here is 4 out of 5 rating even though it was kind of so not much customers. They could have done a better job. Food here excellent. We usually priced pretty great.

Bacon, chicken Mac and cheese is the bees knees. It pairs nicely with the hefeweizen. If you aren’t in the mood for a beer you should check out the house brewed root beer. The ambiance seems to be a little conflicted. The restaurant is a little dark and you see some patrons using their cell phone flashlights to better see he check. However this is in no way a quiet romantic restaurant. The setting is actually pretty loud and parents with kids probably feel comfortable knowing that their table probably isn’t disrupting their surroundings. This particular location is very busy on the weekends. If you come on a Friday or Saturday during prime time expect a wait. And don’t expect that wait to be spent comfortably at the bar, chances are its standing room only.

This place is awesome! I usually only come here when I’m with my family, and they cater to my niece and nephews with ease! I love the burgers here! Last time, I got the southwest turkey burger with pepper jack cheese, fresh avocado slices, lettuce, tomato and mayo. topped with crispy fried anaheim peppers. It was ridiculously delicious! My niece and nephews got regular hamburgers with fries, mac n cheese, and fruit, and I think mom ordered a bacon burger of sorts. The kids had apple juices and mom and I had fresh squeezed lemonade! Our waitress kept coming back to make sure we were doing alright, the food was so awesome and we were in and out in about 30 minutes! Nice little lunch break before we hit the splash pad right across the street! Highly recommend!

I always love the food here. The burgers are nice and juicy and there is quite a variety of them. The service is usually spot on. I would recommend for families or just a couple wanting somewhere good to eat.

Bland ass chicken bacon mac n cheese. The fat had seperated out of the cheese sauce so it was like eating cheese curd and oil soup, and it had no flavor at all. Michael Burger had the Brisket stuffed burger and he disliked it to a grate extent, wasn’t to surprising after the guy who delivered the food said it was being discontinued. The chicken wings suck hard to, way to much salt!!! Our waiter also had no personality towards our, but at other tables she was bubbly and happy, she needs to work on that(could have squeezed a bigger tip out of us). On the bright side Michael Burger said the chicken fingers were average. Overall we will not be back…

I’ve only eaten here once, but I can say without a doubt that Rock Bottom’s cuban sandwich is one of the best things I’ve eaten in recent memory. Let me set the stage a bit: We are talking about a cuban sandwich that has all the normal things you’d expect — ham, pork, swiss cheese, pickles and mustard in the middle, but instead of a normal bread, you’ve got a crispy fried donut-like exterior complete with powdered sugar with some beautiful jalepeno pepper jelly dipping sauce. It’s crunchy, sweet, salty, cheesy, meaty and completely decadent. I’d recommend you stop in for one of the cubans if you try nothing else. They have pretty nice patio seating, an A/C unit that keeps everyone frosty in the summer, oh yeah and the beer’s not too bad either. Let you know more if I visit again.

Décor was nice, but where we sat was very dark. I prefer to be able to see my food on all sides. Our waitress was really good, incredibly helpful, and brutally honest as to which dishes were good or not. Beer samples $¼oz. They all tased good, even the coffee one. Chicken nachos for appetizer, the salsa was yummy and spicy, reminded me of salsa my aunts make. Over all they were ok, salsa being the hi-light. I ordered the hickory bacon cheeseburger and the hubby ordered the Makers Mark Gorgonzola burger. I haven’t had such a flavorless burger since I don’t know when. I would never order this ever again. The sauce for the Makers Mark burger was delicious, but belonged on an Asian dish. Carrot cake for dessert, fantastic. Obviously, not made in house, but moist and a treat just the same. I might crave this later and return just to curb that craving. Would I go back? Just for the carrot cake and chips n salsa. If you do go, Costco offers gift cards $ 80 for $ 100 worth of food. Also good at Old Chicago.

My family and I always come to this location and the hosts are very well dressed and nice at times. Very fun and cool setting when you walk in. The wait time for a table usually is about 10 – 15 minutes. The servers are young and friendly and are very obedient when you ask them for something. I ordered the Baja sandwich and asked for mashed potatoes instead of regular cut fries. The food usually comes out within 15 – 20 mins. I was very displeased with the mashed potatoes and noticed that they were really cold, chunky, and dry.

Gave this another tey, because it used to be good. I’m not sure what’s changed but this service seriously sucks. 90 minutes to receive good after ordering. Can NOT ever return with kids… or maybe just ever.

My fiancé and I come here quite a bit. Love the service in the bar area. James and Christina our server were fantastic! My fiancé had steak and I had the most incredible Chopped BBQ Chicken Salad. Soooo good. Absolutely loved this salad. The drinks were ok… Food is always good. Try the Habanero Shrimp! Tastes like the bang bang shrimp at Bonefish. Restaurant is clean and the food id a great value. Love this location. Always busy even on this snowy Saturday night. We had a great visit. Definitely coming back.

If you go in expecting the standard offerings from a restaurant and brewery there will be few surprises here, other than how consistent the food, service and beer is. We have been coming to this location for just at a year and have really only had a couple trips with a really sub par experience. Pretty solid performance from a chain restaurant and brewery. The beers are not bad, but tend to taste very similar across the Lighter styles to the Amber style, until you get to the porters and stouts which are quite worth a taste. Food is always good from the burgers to Mexican offerings. Service is generally always good and it’s apparent the managers take an active role in this, although you will not get the awkward visit from the very disengaged manager. Stop by and enjoy a cold one and a burger.

Good food. Good drinks. My husband loves the beer selection. Service is a hit or miss depending on when you go. Sitting in the bar we have had better service than sitting in the dining area.
