Ruby Tuesday

We thought the wait staff was dressed up for the Stock show. They were not as we were told, just in jeans and street clothes that made them look like… They looked a bit frazzled and worn out. While the prices and food are adequate the feel is a bit like going to a diner where everyone is pretty unenthusiastic about the whole deal.

Way over priced didn’t even bother to try the food but after the reviews iam glad we left the place was empty at 7:15 pm

We’ve been loyal customers to this Ruby Tuesday for quite a while. Admittedly, Quality was slacking for a while but tonight much improved. Food was great, service outstanding. Everyone at our table were pleased with their entrees. Pumpkin cheese cake to die for!
If you’ve tried this Ruby Tuesday and weren’t happy, I suggest to try it again.

Was an absolute horrible experience. When we walked in I should have taken the musty smell as a warning sign and left. The water tasted like dirty lake water. I usually consume about 2 glasses with a meal. I took 2 sips. I didn’t even take a drink after I ate that nasty burger. I could only handle 4 bites n left the rest. The meat tasted expired. I wasn’t too pleased after having to pay for it. I should have listened to my boyfriend n went to Wendy’s across the street.

Mediocre pasta dish. Our waitress was litetally spilling out of her unbelievably low shirt. So unprofessional and disrespectful. If my husband had been with me we would have left before we ordered.
Update: Was contacted by a higher up, who apologized and assured me that the issue would be addressed.

Great salad bar if they pay attention and keep it clean. Not sure about any other food here. I like the endless salad options.

Stopped by for dinner on a Tuesday at 5. Desarie was our waitress and she was great. Our water glasses were always full and our meal was delivered to our table quickly. Salad bar was pretty clean and stocked. Loved the fresh salad greens. Blackened Tilapia and chicken broccoli pasta was wonderful. Clean and food was great! So we’ll be back!

Today my boyfriend and I met here for lunch. I was worried about the place being packed for lunch rush, but there was none. That should have been my first indication of how awful our experience would be.
Our server was nice enough, although it took 20 minutes for her to greet us and take our drink order.
We ordered an appetizer, the sampler, everything was bland. The chicken fingers were decent.
My boyfriend ordered the shrimp pasta. After being told they were out of the penne pasta, he settled for linguine.
His pasta looked like linguini with a can of rotel tomatoes and tiny shrimp. Something that could have been made at home for a fraction of the cost.
My burger came with mayo and pickles, which I asked to have left off and no bacon AND the bun was stale.
We won’t be back to this establishment, the RT in Arvada is so much better.

Our last visit was HORRIBLE. We now eat at the Ruby Tuesday in Arvada because of our last experience. It was snowing then and freezing outside. The waitress sat us on that side of the restaurant… with the door wide open. She had said that they had to keep it open because someone blew up the bathroom with this horrendous smell. And lo and behold!!! Ladies and Gentleman, that bathroom was on the same side as the wide open door. I didn’t know whether to vomit or freeze. The plumber then came and needed the door open at all times to fit in the snake thingy to fix the misery out of the toilet. Our entire area of the restaurant was in distress. We finally moved ourselves, because the waitress seriously didn’t care and kept disappearing even. We then let her know that we were moving to another side of the room to avoid the mess that she thought was a comfortable, welcoming, warm environment. She said she would let the waitress know on our side that we had moved. And we then were ignored for another 20 minutes so we literally got up and left. We walked out and never looked back. Just saying.

I have not been to Ruby Tuesday in a long time. I have always liked the food but most of my friends don’t. Customer service was great. My waiter Caleb did a great job of keeping my drink refilled and checking up on how we were doing. The manager even stopped by to ask how we were doing. Everyone was very nice, even though we had three kids with us.

Was a wonderful evening with the fam! The food was so good and so affordable we all ordered Lobster with steak and then 2 sides we all got the salad bar! As a side it was delicious! The only reason why I don’t give a 5 of 5 is because the waiter tooook forever to bring out the change from the bill! We were there for like an extra 20 minutes! But at least we were waiting full and happy :)

It was just OK. Got a salad and the lettuce was soggy and no attention from wait staff

Salad bar wasn’t stocked, food was less than great and the manager that served us was slow and forgetful, but very friendly. In their defense they seemed understaffed and it’s a holiday.

We got there an hour before close on a Sat. Amber was our server and she was awesome. She was friendly, made great recommendations and seemed like she really liked her job. The ribs are fantastic! The Ruby Relaxer is excellent. The sirloin was decent, and the Double Chocolate Cake was also very good. For a chain and the price, this is a good choice. It was much better than I expected and the service was excellent.

Terrible service and waiter. Mixed up our order and rushed us the whole time.
Asked us for our order three times within 8 minutes. Will not be getting tipped.

There were only 5 tables occupied at 8:30pm on a Saturday night… That should have been the first clue.
Painfully slow service, a hair in the food and a manager who really didn’t care. Nuff said.

The foods always good here and the service goes up and down, but their salad bar ALWAYS leaves very little to be desired! Now I do like that it’s all you can eat salad bar, but I only go once, because I sometimes just feel like a simple salad be4 my meal and don’t want that Huge pricey one, that’s the size of an actual meal like at BJ’s. Their burgers to me are way better then Red Robin and so are they’re basic menu meals. They’re are always coupons that come in the mail, but ever without those, this place is very affordable and cheap, with tasty food. They’re always fast to seat you and the food comes out fast. All in all I prefer this place over Red Robin anyday.

I ate here the other week with a friend for lunch. She wanted the salad bar, which is a great option for unlimited salad for under $ 4. I enjoy salad bars myself, being a guy. So I opted for that on top of my burger for lunch. I had never been to Ruby’s but I was pretty decent, not the best. I could see you going here strictly for the salad bar, which is a great deal and they have a good variety to choose from to make you own. My burger wasn’t too spectacular, but I wasn’t expecting much. Tasted fine, but not worth the $ 10. My friend ordered a surf and turf entrée that tasted okay too. Portion of that was small compared to restaurants now a days. Go for the salad bar if you’re in the neighborhood.

I come to RT mostly for its salad bar. It is one of the few restaurants left that still have a salad bar. I love this feature! The food is good and priced well. They have something like 15 dishes for under $ 15.
I have ordered burgers, fish dishes and steaks here and none disappoint. They have options for paleo dieters which is a huge bonus for me. They also have healthy options that are marked on the menu with the calorie content.
They serve top shelf drinks for $ 5 all day. The HH specials are pretty good as well and include healthier drink options like Skinny Mojitos.
The service is always good and the place is clean.

They are my comfort food! I have a bad day, or a stressful week this place always come to mind. The service the 3x I have been in has been great, the hostess is quick, the bartenders make GREAT drinks… over all I love coming here. Granted being in their ‘club’ for all the coupons is bad ass too :)
Last night I needed some comfort food so Lobster Mac-​N-​Cheese was it for me! Creamy and hit the spot… also the new cheddar garlic biscuits they have right now… OMG… they remind me of Red Lobster’s but have a sweeter flavor and my husband said it tasted like they were lightly glazed with honey… whatever it is… LOVE them!
