Terrible. Will try to charge for everything they can. Even if you just want to switch back to the phone you used to use they will try charge you 15 $ for a sim. Just call customer care and get a free one

I was having trouble with my phone so I went to this store. I walk in and told the clerk, Rico, and the first thing that comes out of his mouth is «what did you do to it?» in a very rude and condescending tone. He was also very quick to point out that he wanted absolutely nothing to do with me or my phone and hurriedly gave me a hand scribbled card with the address to a cheap shotty phone repair place. I have never received such poor, rude service in all my life.

This is a good store. It’s not one of the bigger locations but they have a good selection of phones. Every time I’ve been in they have always been knowledgeable on the products and are friendly. Parking is VERY limited but I haven’t had a problem with it yet.
I am embarrassed to say I still go in there from time to time to have them show me something on my Galaxy S5! (Look I am not a techie… I have plenty of other talents!) LOL They are really good about it so I keep going to back to this location for help.
I can’t wait for the Galaxy S6 to come out! I’ll have my list of questions in hand when I pick that one up!
