I came here 3 years ago with problems getting pregnant, Western medicine told me I’d have to do invitro. My sister in law brought me here, where the Dr. felt my pulse, told me to take these pills and I’d be pregnant in 2 months… I was pregnant in 1! I’ve since sent 14 other women, 12 got pregnant!

I came to purchase the ginseng and the owner carefully explained to me about the types for people with high blood pressure. The price is very reasonable and when i opened it, the pack was full inside. This place is honest in the weight and also i can feel the freshness of new item when using it.

We been here so many times and wow can’t believe this horrible attitude. My dad wanted to buy hot patch and trying to make a conversation with the guy told him «Oh they raise the price» and he freaking guy are soooo f***ing rude and told my dad «Well don’t buy it.» Wtf are we asking for ur opinion or are we short on money NO!
To make it short, terrible place super rude attitude. Not worth even to go near!!!

I will never come back to this store again to buy ANYTHING. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY STORE IN THE OC SELLING GINGSENG, BIRD NESTS OR WHATEVER THEY ARE SELLING.
My mother and I came into the store asking to buy Cao Cot Nam Linh Chi, which we have bought from them so many times to send as gifts to my grandmothers living in the South. We came to ask for it this time, and there was a saleman who kept saying they don’t have it with a super impolite and low class voice. We were treated as if we were retarded people who asked for something that NEVER EVER exist in this WORLD.
Then I looked at him in the face and said «if you don’t have it, that’s fine, maybe we can find somewhere else.» Then he started pulling out all kind of stuff and putting on the table. None of those are what we were looking for. He did not even read the labels of the products he pulled out. I was like… HELLO, I TOLD YOU I AM NOT LOOKING FOR GINGSENG, CAN YOU EVEN READ THE WORD «GINGSENG» ON THE BOTTLE?
This place has the most unprofessional selling skills I have ever experienced in my life. My mother came here to buy stuff many times and I think she was so kind to accept this kind of customer service. They don’t want to sell, and they also don’t know how to sell professionally.
Tan Sanh! Customers are there to buy stuff, they don’t ask you stuff for FREE. Now I understand why you have to do TV advertisement ALL THE TIME.

You might think 360 bucks for a smile is a lot to pay…
But a smile from my grandma is worth a thousand times more than that.
She has been a bit loopy as of late because of her age and dementia. One thing that makes her happy is birds nest. Of all the things she has to choose, and its bloody expensive.
If she had it her way she’d eat bird’s nest soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, since the budget isn’t built for that, every now and again its worth it to make her happy.
When you get that age, you should be able to have whatever you want. A society should be judged not by how we treat the young and the rich, but rather how we treat the elderly and downtrodden.
I’m gonna stop before I go on a PSA tirade about the elderly and homeless. This place sells a lot of asiany medicinal things, most of them are probably bull** but what can you do. At least they gave us a green reusable bag and some candy since we spend so much god darn money here.
