I work in the healthcare industry and have to deal with this office many times.
Mina, the receptionist needs to update from her ancient Chinese hair.
OK, done with the personal attack.. .now on to the real issues
I am not sure how skillful this physician is, but his office is poorly ran and incompetent.
They refuse to sign any paper work for patient to be admitted to a skilled nursing. They call me several times a day asking me what needs to be done, I guide them through the steps each time, and yet, they failed to complete the admission packet for their patients.
He keeps prescribing irrelevant procedures to keep patient from entering the skilled nursing as the family requested. As soon as this particular patient switch to another doctor, patient paperwork was completed in a timely manner by the new doctor’s office.
Many patient’s families complain about how rude the office staff are. Places like this need to close down. This isn’t a Vietnamese restaurant, it’s a doctor’s office. You serve the patients with respect because you’re getting paid a load of money and it’s simply the ethical thing to do.
