Adam Dell

After years of family complaints about my having the tv on too loud, I went to see Adam. I had received his solicitation in the mail and I took a chance. Nothing to lose.
I took a hearing exam and saw graphically how the upper range of frequency had been lost over the years. I also saw a description of hearing loss compared to Alzheimer’s /​dementia. Similar characteristics. Also an explanation of how hearing loss can also also lead to other cognitive impairment. I made a decision right then to be custom fitted for a completely in the ear device.
I figured imy upside was huge and my worst case downside would be 200 dollars for a 30 day trial of the custom aids. When I got them it took about 5 minutes to adjust frequencies. It then took about 5 days of wearing and a visit to adjust the fit.
At the end of 30 days I was in Adams office to complete my trial. 6 months later, I am a hearing aid zealot. These hearing aids changed my life so much for the better. Adam can use me as a reference anytime. If you can’t hear as we’ll as you used to and find yourself being left out of conversations because you are missing key words or phrases, do yourself a favor and buy hearing aids. Get a custom fit and see how much better your life will be. I hope you find the experience as fulfilling as I have.

I don’t get moved to often to write Unilocal reviews but was blown away by my experience with Adam Dell while helping my Grandma with her hearing aid. He was extremely helpful and very patient with my Grandmother who can occasionally test one’s resolve. He took the time to go over changing the batteries and how to properly put them in. I could tell he really knew about what he was doing and really cared about my Grandma even though she was putting him to the test. He actually convinced her to wear them — and she does now!
