We order from this Pizza Hut all the time & it’s normally okay, not great but okay. Tonight was unacceptable! The cheese pizza we ordered for our kids barely had any cheese on it (see photo… although it doesn’t give it justice). It was basically just bread & a tiny bit of sauce. I’m really disappointed.

I’m pretty disappointed by the customer service. I was given a different pizza than I has ordered and the staff was very unapologetic and acted like I was a burdern. Try Sarpinos down the street, great pizza, good customer service worth a few extra bucks.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called and they hung up on me twice, then said I never placed an order, Said they didn’t know their own specials, and were ignorant! Would never order Pizza Hut again, calling corporate! Now I know why they are near going out of business!

Its a Pizza Hut take out and delivery. They do the job well. You tell them you would like extra seasoning or extra whatever they’ll do it. Good customer service is important to them. And if your order isn’t done when you arrive to pick up your order there is a big screen TV there. To night while I waited, a short time. I watched the Bears game. That was nice to see.

We ordered our pizza online. We were given a delivery time of 30 min. After 50 min I called the store. I was told that the online gsve me a incorrect time. yhat there delivery time is actually 75 min and my order should be to me in about 15 min. Which would be the 75 min. I tried to tell the guy that is not ok and when the order came thru and they saw I was given 3o min they should of called me and informed me. The guy would not let me finish what I was trying to say. He kept cutting me off and saying he apologize d for the websites error. When we got our food it was cold and the wings tasted like they had been sitting for hours. So it took us a total of 80 min, food was old and cold, and the response I got when I called was unsatisfactory. I was brushed off. Will not be ordering from this location again. Very disappointing for it being a new location.

It’s good, fast, cheap pizza. We usually get the dinner box so we get tons of breadsticks, cinnamon breadsticks and pizza for $ 10. More than enough for 2 people for dinner. We ordered online and drove there (less than 10 minutes) and it was ready for us when we picked it up. They’re also open til 11 pm Monday — Friday and midnight on the weekend which is really great! Some of the other pizza huts aren’t open that late. This one is in a strip mall and is therefore only carryout only (no buffet, I mean).
