Don’t skip this spot!
Joe is freaking awesome! He was closed and almost to his car when I arrived at his door after getting a bit turned around and lost. He actually opened his doors back up to make me a pizza! He’s super nice and super sweet! He even offered me the most amazing date milkshake ever and some dates for free!
The pizza was great too! Not too soft, not too crispy crust. Just the right amount of toppings. Made with lots of care. I was stoked!
He totally made my night!

What a delicious surprise! We recommend the house specialty, invented here by the friendly owner: Date Pizza. It’s a revelation. Savory salty mozzarella cheese and smooth sweet local medjool dates sandwiched between two thin pizza crusts. Brilliant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In ten years when the rest of the country is deep in the Date Pizza foodie trend, remember it was invented here.
