if I could I would give them 0 stars! I have come here a few times to make do it yourself copies and that has always been fine. But then I sent a few jobs directly for them to print using the FedEx online website. It should be great, as you can proof and set up and pay and send your whole document or project online. But then when you walk into this location to pick up your item, it takes forever! First off, when you walk up to the counter, no one even looks in your direction. There is no greeting, there is no explanation of what they’re doing and when they might be able to help you. then even if they see you, there is still no urgency whatsoever that they come over and see what you need or even let you know when they might be able to help you. Slow as molasses and zero customer service skills. So what should take 30 seconds to come in and pick up something, which you know is ready and has already been paid for, takes a very long time.

Judy really helped me out in a bind. She was the only one working and was able to multitask printing last minute items for me and servicing the other customers. She gets an A+ in my book.
Carlos also helped us out yesterday on another job. When I’m in Weston I will reach out to them from now on

Visited the store to make 1 color print off a usb drive for a school project. I tried 2 do it yourself machines. Neither was working properly. Neither was the photo printer. I asked for help. They offered to allow me to pay by the minute to use their computer which didn’t make sense considering I already had the file. Or offered to print me the one one page for $ 5. I’m just going to do myself at home nest time. Buying a color printer.

Not a fan. Came in to print a *.pdf from my PC. After getting it set up to do this, the document sits in the print queue and does not print. Viewing the print session says that printers are off line and not online. I asked manager to help: 1) He says cant fix problem, he cant call tech support. «There is nothing I can do». Moral: do not come here and waste time to print doc’s from your PC to their printers. Also all sevices very expensive.
