McDonald’s

Terrible manager. Very disrespectful.
No corporate supervision. Lack of training is obvious and supervisors don’t know how to lead. They are the bad example.
This owner is getting the McDonald’s reputation in the floor

My coffee had black flakes floating in it from a dirty machine. The staff was nice and didn’t flinch at my paying with change (from clearing out my change jar).

Food is very good, playground also great. Bathrooms were dirty and smelly.

I honestly don’t understand how people can be so rude. I’m from Arkansas, and I moved to Jupiter a few months ago, I’m down in Weston visiting a friend of mine and I stopped in to get breakfast before going to see him. I walked in and was not greeted. The lady at the register was short and rude, I stood at the register for about 2 minutes, she saw me but did not say anything she looked up and gave me a dirty look. I smiled politely and then continued to look at the menu. Another lady came up to the register, she was dark complexed, her name was Kim, she asked if my order was taken by her yet and I said no, I was given a dirty look and ignored. She said she would take my order, but the other lady came back and gave me a look did not even ask what I wanted and just stared at me. I asked if she was going to take my order and she said yah.
When I got my pancakes, they were cold, and placed in the container messy. When I went to fill up my cup, there were flies flying around the beverage pumps. It was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The lady needs a reality check.

I’m not a fast food fan! Today was my first quarter pounder in 10yrs. I can’t say it was bad and I can’t say it was great! It tasted okay and was satisfying. I got a McDonald’s side salad with Paul Newman’s light dressing. The salad seems fresh so I have no complaints on that. The drive-​through at this location was very long and was not moving at all so we opted to go in and get the food to go which was much faster. The guy at the counter was nice but other employees seem to have a major attitude. I guess in final review this is your average fast food McDonald’s.
