This is the poorest example of a Starbuck’s shop!!! The place is filthy, there is always a lack of condiments, dirty counter tops, frequently no toilet paper & the employees appear to HATE their jobs; employees are not friendly, slow moving, unconcerned if the order is correct, etc. This is a reflection of the management/​owner because it never improves. There are supply boxes stacked all over the place, the bathroom are so soiled that, well, let’s just say i’ll bet that there may not be enough penicillin in South FL to address the bathroom. Where’s the health department!

Wow. My coffee just sat on the counter for 5 minutes because the «barista» is only whispering names as drinks become ready. I was literally 4 feet from her and didn’t her call my name or anyone else’s for that matter. When I asked if it was ready (since I thought it may be part of another order and not mine) she looked at me like I was speaking another language. SO ANNOYING! Will not be back to this location.

The service and drinks were fine but EVERYTHING IS DIRTY. The tables and garbage haven’t been cleared out in what seems like the whole day. All the garbage cans are stuffed to the point nothing fits. Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location (live and work nearby) for over 4 years and can honestly say the staff here are some of the rudest, low energy, and unhelpful group of people I’ve ever encountered at a coffee house. They seem annoyed, slow, and not very happy with working there.
You know there is a problem when getting 3-​day old coffee at the oil change place becomes a more enjoyable experience than Starbucks.
Plus, what’s up with storing cups in the men’s bathroom?!

Typical Starbucks. It’s a bit small.
It is located in a large shopping center so it can be a little tough to find.
My favorite things at Starbucks are the feta cheese and spinach wrap for food and the hibiscus tea.
I like that on the board it tells you the calorie contents of everything and has low fat options. You can order a frap lite and safe 1⁄3 the calories.
They also have for sale their coffee, mugs, etc. in the store.
They offer free wifi so it’s a great place to work, study, or just hang out.

Best Starbucks in the area! I’m quite a white chocolate mocha connoisseur and the baristas here get it right every time. Yes sometimes they have a line out the door but they are a small shop with lots of customers… not their fault! The employees are friendly and helpful and definitely hard working. Love this place!!! :-)

I went inside to buy a water cause I was dying of thirst. There were 4 business men in front of me who had clearly never been to a Starbucks and the guy behind the counter explained the menu in detail for a full 15 minutes while the other 3 employees were goofing off and talking to each other. After waiting patiently to purchase my water for the full 15 minutes I get to the counter and the guy who was helping the 4 business men walked in the back and said sorry your gonna have to give me a few minutes and walked in the back. Finally after standing at an empty counter in shock for a good minute or so someone came over to help me
And didn’t say hello hi or anything just took my money and that’s it. I guess you need to spend more money at this Starbucks to be treated with respect. NEVER going back. If I wasn’t so thirsty I would have thrown their overpriced water at the people who worked there and left.
