VISITED: 13Feb2016 SEARCHED: I was actually referred here by Paula, I believe is her name, from the Weston PD. ORDERED: Tri-tip steak roll on wheat. Back home we call them wraps but Maureen, the cook, called it a roll. It was also recommended by Maureen. SERVICE: Exceptional. Maureen and Leo were both very friendly and inviting. We had a great conversation while I waited for my food. QUALITY: The tri-tip was very well marinated and grilled. The flavors were great and the steak was juicy. The steak had a very delicious smokey flavor. RECOMMEND: yes. Note– the establishment is small and has limited seating. Both Leo and Maureen said the owner is the only one who marinates the steak and chicken. None of the employees know the ingredients.

I really wish you could give half stars because Theo’s, to me, is worth 4.5. It’s a great local pizza shop! I’ve had the cheeseburger and the Italian calzone. Both fantastic! I wish it was open later at night but they do have good hours. I already can’t wait to go here again.

I just had the best wrap of my life. Since I work a couple of doors down I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. I can tell that I will be craving the Greek salad wrap more than once a week and sadly there is no gym nearby. The wrap was light and crispy, so different than the typical soggy & stretchy wraps you typically get at a sub shop. The salad was fresh and delicious with just enough dressing. Perfection!

Typical sandwich prices, but quality sandwiches with fresh toppings. It’s small inside, fits roughly 16, but a quality take out spot or quick bite! I had a buffalo chicken sub, delicious, best part was the soft fresh bread.

When my mom decides not to cook some nights, she asks us what we want for dinner. The most popular choice among my family is Theo’s. The steak and cheese subs are amazing and the fries are the best I’ve eaten! Pizza is a good choice too! The service is sometimes slow, that’s why I take one star away from a perfect 5, but other than that, there are no complaints.

My husband and I ordered two hot subs from Theo’s yesterday. We have been looking for a good Italian place that delivers, and thought we had finally found it. The eggplant sub was exactly as I like, not too much sauce, and lots of eggplant with cheese. My husband thought the buffalo chicken sub was the best had had in a long time. We decided to order again since we are having friends over, and asked for a few pizzas. Unfortunately, Theo’s doesn’t actually deliver to our location. It was a mistake made by an employee. Traffic can be tough when going in our direction so even though we aren’t that far they don’t do delivery here. Accidents happen and I’m not mad, I’m just hoping that the owner will see my review and start delivery here. We’ll have to make sure that we head over there soon and try the pizza!

The pizza is not the best in the world and is best enjoyed hot but subs, burgers and other meals can be very tasty

I received a free pizza from the manager in an effort to remedy my bad experience. I absolutely love that the manager was willing to reach out and fix things for an unsatisfied customer. I have a great deal of respect for him. However the pizza still wasn’t very good. Definitely better than the last one but not something I’d be willing to purchase again. The crust is dry and stale(though it was far less stale than the last one) the pizza was overly greasy and the pineapple topping was so sparse I barely tasted it. I didn’t have to throw this one in the trash at least, it was good enough to eat. 5 stars for the managers efforts 1.5 stars for the pizza.

Great subs, hot and cold. Real cheese steaks, meatball subs, italian, and greek. Pizza is okay. Friendly service.

Their Pizza are nice; however, the delivery service sucks. We have tried to order the delivery twice, and we waited over one hour both times. This time I ordered the pizza delivery online, and I received the confirmation by email immediately(it showed the ordering time). After 47 minutes passed(according the confirmation email), we didn’t receive anything yet. I called them to check the status, there was a woman/girl answered the phone. I told her that I placed the order almost 50 minutes ago. She started to argue it’s 40 minutes ago not 50 minutes. Really?! Do you think I didn’t check the time? Of course, she said the pizza were on the way. From the pizza shop to my home is about 2 miles away, but we waited another 30 minutes. It’s really enough. We will go the other place from now on.

Anyone can have an off day. It’s a shame when 2 of them meet. After my previous review, something very unusual happened. I received a phone call. It was the owner of Theo’s, asking me what had gone wrong, and how he could fix it. First of all, calling, and actually caring about what the customer has to say is HUGE in my book. The attitude of actually giving a damn seems to have been lost on a lot of businesses, so to hear an actual apology, from an actual person was great. Then, to top it all off, I was sent my previous order done correctly as a mea culpa. If you had told me that both of these pizzas were from the same restaurant, I would not have believed you. While the crust is still not the style I prefer, this pizza was far and away better than the previous attempt. Loaded with flavorful toppings, cooked to perfection. 4 stars for the pizza. 5 stars for owners that actually give a shit. Oh… and I finally got my cookie. :) Thanks to Theo’s for actually listening, and for making it right.

I stopped in for a quick dinner on my way to teach at Regis. Ordered a meatball sub, no cheese. Good selection of diet soda, always nice. There was a bit of a wait(after all, they’re not making meatballs to order so wasn’t sure why it took so long) but well worth it. Excellent fresh Italian sub roll, toasted(so crusty and delicious), four decent size(2 oz?) meatballs — and these were melt in your mouth, not lead weights — and great tomato sauce, not sweet, not overwhelmed with oregano. Made me wish I wasn’t just a guest lecturer as I’d definitely go for that once a week. Service was friendly. Very small inside, and counter service only, but free parking in front.

We drove out to Weston a night when me and my friend were sick of the Boston drunk 26 year old scene. Did what might seem to be a sketchy drive by of the«Weston Estates» to make fun of white privilege and Republicans, only to land at this pizza place: They act like David Ortiz’s address is the nuclear code but otherwise I guess you could it «professionalism» of a pizza place serving the elite of the Boston Red Sox. Sub as a-OK. Wouldn’t get it again and nothing to write home about to Boston but might come back again in the future, especially since its the only place to get a bite to eat in the entire town of Weston. xx Boston/Brookline

The food is all pretty good, not something to write home about but the service is way above average. All the guys and gals working here are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. Great joint to stop in and pick something up when you’re too lazy to cook!

Great local business. People are friendly, food is good, and prices are reasonable. With so many impersonal chains, Theo’s is a throwback to a time where every customer matters and all business is appreciated. Meatball and steak subs are great and my daughter loves the grilled cheese.

I am divided about my review for this place as it was good but offers Unilocal deals without a clue about them. We ordered the Aegean Pizza and I loved it. I would order this again in a heartbeat. It was very tasty but just seemed to take forever, maybe they only can do one pizza at a time in the oven. My parents grabbed the cheese steak which I wouldn’t recommend as it wasn’t enough cheese for me and nothing special. They didn’t have any kids choices on their menu or at least with kid friendly prices. They also don’t know anything about their Unilocal check-in deal. Hmm, maybe the manger should review their marketing strategies with their workers. If you are in the area, then they make a good pie but I would skip anything else. They have four small tables with 1 – 24 tops and 1 – 22 tops.

I ordered a Large Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza. What I got was an Onion and Pepperoni pizza. Yuck. Knowing that he was giving me a pizza that I did NOT order, the«manager» allowed me to pay for the pizza at FULL price, then GAVE me the pizza without so much as a «We made a mistake.», then gave me a «$ 5.00 off coupon», and bade me good night. This is a place to AVOID! Obviously the money is far more important than the quality. AVOID this place at all costs! Wayland Pizza House is better, and has much more reliability and concern for its customers!

We were craving good pizza on the way home from Boston to Sudbury and saw the reviews of Theos. We ordered a large eggplant pizza over the phone. When we got there they handed me a 12 inch pie and said it was $ 13. Really?! Are these Weston prices? Turns out that’s their only size — no large or small here. The pizza was good, I’ll give them that. thick crust, a nice sauce, and tasty eggplant. But I think next time I will go a little out of my way and for around same price get a real large pizza from either Gianni’s in Framingham or Walden Italian Kitchen both have excellent pizza at a good price.

My only regret is that I am only now discovering Theo’s. I first discovered Theo’s when the girls I babysit insisted this was their favorite restaurant. When I took them I was instantly impressed. First of all when we walked through the door, the staff immediately recognized the girls, and new I had never been there. We ordered slices, typically I don’t find slices to be too good. However, these slices were out of this world. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. I have since tried out their subs and salads and have been equally impressed. This establishment is counter service with a very small dining area. Most costumers I would guess do take out. However, every person who walked in(from baby to adult) was recognized and greeted warmly. A nice spot in the middle of a rather quiet Weston Town A+ for service, food, and convenience. I will certainly be back
