I was greeted right away and she was very pleasant and quick to get my checked in! My wax specialist was Aslay, she was amazing. Quick and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The establishment was clean and well upkept. I will definitely return and recommend this business !

I usually go to the Aventura branch but I happened to be in the area that weekend and scheduled my appointment at this branch instead. I love Uni-​k wax centers but from the minute I walked in I got nothing but attitude from the receptionist. It was early in the morning so I wasn’t dressed up which is apparently a requirement at this center. Didn’t realize I needed to wear heels to go get my legs waxed. Other than that my «wax lady» was friendly. Prices are reasonable as always.

Aslay is absolutely the best!!! I have been going to her religiously for about a year, full brazilian bikini and upper lip !! I love Uni K ‘s wax! So much better than all the other waxes! I doesnt irritate your skin!

I tried this place out on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. I was immediately greeted at the front desk by a smiling face who took down my name and told me that the wait would be about 5 minutes. I’ve only been to a Uni K Wax once before and I wasn’t a fan of how my eyebrows turned out; but since I was in a rush, this location was my only choice. While the eyebrow technician wasn’t someone that I would call friendly, she did a really good job. The facility was clean and quiet and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I don’t know if I will be back because I don’t live in the area, but my experience here definitely changed my opinion of the quality of service at Uni K Wax.

So I just called and was put on hold. I just had the worst customer service ever. I initially spoke to Patricia and she told me she didn’t know when her boss would be in when I spoke to her and she put me on hold without telling me, then Alsay picked up and told me that Patricia walked out, that they don’t have a manager on duty and they don’t know when the store manager would be in! I have never been so disrespected in my life! I want to speak to the store manager at that location and no body there seems to have anyone they report to! I have been in before and spoke to Melissa who at first they didn’t know who she was! Not worth the time to be treated like you’re not important!

I’ve been going to this Uni K Wax location for 3 years. It’s clean and they are very fast with their services. I’ve been going to Olga since the beginning (she’s my usual, she’s very friendly and great at her job!), but I can also recommend Catalina and Angela.
They accept walk-​ins, but if you create an online profile, you can save time by booking yourself online AND you get reward points, which translates to discounts on your next services. You can also call to make an appointment. Refer a friend, and you’ll get $ 5 off your next service too.
I’ve been to the Fort Lauderdale Uni K, and it is not as nice as this Weston location. It’s located in the Publix plaza next to Tijuana Flats and CVS.
