We just concluded a 3 night stay at the Paquachuck Inn in Westport. We arrived stressed and exhausted, and departed rested, relaxed, and smiling. It has the basic things covered — it’s clean and the beds are comfy, but it quickly feels like a home away from home. It’s such a unique spot that it’s hard to describe. It’s in a beautiful location, right next to a fishing pier, and not far from Horseneck Beach. The building itself is historic and every nook and cranny of the place has interesting art and artifacts. The owner, Brenda, is a great person. We enjoyed the breakfast, and she even had a copy of the Sunday New York Times. What a treat!
