Amazing lunch & the people who worked there were so accommodating to all of our changes /requests. New favorite

I ordered some almond-cherry-cocoa smoothie crap and it tasted like straight up medicineeeee oh my god it was terrible and I consider myself a smoothie expert. Girl who made it was extremely kind though and even had extra to give to my friend. Such a nice person! Made me forget I wasted $ 7 on a medicine drink I could have made myself via walgreens and my kitchen. I would recommend going though and checking it out. Find something you know you already like and just see if they hit the spot. Seemed very clean and cute inside and I wouldn’t mind going back to try something else!!!

This place made my day! I’m devouring my food right now… Teriyaki bowl with chicken. It’s a lot of food so I don’t think I even needed to get chicken. I was waiting for my food and saw a pitcher of lemon ginger iced tea and nearly lost my cool because that’s one of my favorite beverages, but is not very common. All delicious, good price. Bad parking lot but this is Westport so that’s to be expected.

This is a pretty good option if you’re looking for a reasonably priced/reasonably healthy option for lunch in downtown Westport. This isn’t a traditional chopped salad joint like you’d see in NYC but it’s a welcome addition to town. The one thing I’d caution is that the dressings/sauces can be overly salty so beware of how much you put on. Overall, though, a solid option.

The food here is healthy and delicious and the selections between the bowls, burritos, salads, wraps, and soups are extensive. I had the Buddha’s Satay this time, which was great. It is always a pleasure to visit this Freshii. The manager Lauren is extremely attentive, energetic, and engaging and the other staff are consistently excellent as well.

Great place for a quick, healthy lunch or snack. The smoothies, salads, bowls and wraps are all tasty and high quality. Would like to see an expanded smoothie menu and the atmosphere could be improved, but 5 stars for the food.

I had the Buddha bowl with chicken. It was disgusting and overpriced. Rice noodles shouldn’t be hard and crumbly, and it was a weird combination of other ingredients that just didn’t taste good. It was a terrible attempt at mimicking Asian flavors. I will not try this place again.

Yum! I was looking for a healthy lunch and with the help of Unilocal I found Freshli. I ordered the teriyaki twist bowl with tofu and a ginger green iced tea. The man that took my order was very nice too. Fast, healthy, I could sit outside as it was warm. Their juices looked great too. I’ll be back!

Pretty good salad. Fresh, high quality ingredients. Quick service and available seating. Less crips on the Ninja next time, otherwise, great!

I LOVE Freshii! The salads are very fresh and generous portions. My favorite is the Cobb. The bowls and burritos look good too. I can’t wait to try the breakfasts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the place is always very clean. I think the price is just about right. All in all, this is one of my favorite places for a quick, healthy lunch.

Great made to order food — wraps and salads are good. Breakfast wraps are good for the price. A little pricey for the wraps, they average around $ 8⁄9 not including any meats. Everything is an additional charge. A good healthy spot for a quick meal!

Messy, bad service, my salad was really only mixed greens, and they mix your salad in a plastic bag, gross. That was my first and last.

I really want to like freshii. I love salad, soup, juices, smoothies, the whole deal. I’ve given them three chances and have been underwhelmed every time. The produce doesn’t seem that great. The accoutrements for every salad(carrots, celery, beans, corn) are the quality id find in any other local salad bar line, and the base is all chopped up, like the filler you expect on top of fast food burgers, not for a salad. The salads and soups have random and inconsistent amounts of the toppings I’ve chosen every time(my order has been identical all three times, so it’s not even like I’m ordering different stuff and expecting the same things). And on top of all of this, is a pretty expensive place for what it is. If executed well, I imagine that freshii would have been a staple for me, but after a few tries, I think I’ll pass.

I called for a delivery and waited an hour and a half for my food. I had a $ 100+ order so I figure I should call maybe get a discount for waiting that long, I spoke to the«manager» and she is the definition of a Horrible person. She was so extremely rude, kept cutting me off as I was telling her my concerns and hung up on me. I will never order from them again unless they get a new manager. She will make this company go down hill.

Not sure why this place is rated $$$$ on Unilocal; it’s $-$$, tops. I work nearby and eat at Freshii probably twice a week. The staff is starting to know me and is surprised when I don’t choose one of my favorites. Always smiling, chatting about the food and offering a sample of a smoothie flavor. The portions are a little bit big for me, so I usually have leftovers. Sometimes I turn my leftover cold lunch salad into a fresh vegetable sauté for dinner. Clean and bright restaurant, but I have been enjoying the patio most days with this fantastic summer weather!

I have been to Freshii numerous times for lunch. The ingredients seem very fresh and everything I’ve tried is really good. It’s nice to see a healthy restaurant making it and it gives me hope that there could be a growing health food movement(and the prices aren’t bad either). I recommend the Superbiotic salad with chicken, or the Teriyaki Twist bowl(I add chicken to that too ha). Staff is always friendly and welcoming. And fast.

In search of something new for lunch that wasn’t fried, but was quick, I headed to Freshii. Though no one in the office had eaten there yet, they were intrigued by the name they had seen in passing. Well the food wasn’t even in the ToGo wrap when I knew that this could be my new go-to lunch spot. The inside was clean and bright, the staff was helpful and full of smiles, and the options seemed endless. One bite into my burrito and the fresh flavors came through. The corn was so sweet(I’ve never had corn that good unless it was the middle of the summer), avocados were ripe, and the flavors were real… you could just taste it! Although indoor seating was a bit limited and the line was quickly growing at about 1230, being right on the river is the perfect opportunity for a lunchtime picnic! I can’t wait to get back and try some of the other suggested menu items or even create my own.

Very happy to have a fresh healthy place in town. I’ve stopped in several times for Lemongrass soup. It has a very nice flavor and you can customize it however you want. For Freshii to survive, or any of the new healthy dining places, I would highly suggest they start making their available additions more interesting, such as a flavored tofu, grilled vegetables, etc. I personally don’t think it is enough to offer bald veggies. That is not something that would draw me back time and time again. Also, when you are dining in, you still get the takeout containers and plastic utensils, which is kinda a bummer. Girl who helped us this last visit had the most amazing personality.

OK, they’re out the gate now, turning people away at lunchtime due to insufficient indoor seating but cranking out the awesome fresh ingredients they promised. The salad options are essentially sky the limit, the pressed juice is the same, and what pleasantly surprised me was the breakfast options. This is by far the fastest, most organized and healthiest food option in Downtown Westport! Owners have plans to open many more stores as this is their flagship. I’m positive come Spring there will be outdoor café style dining and the momentum on brand will have grown to the point another store pops up elsewhere. FYI — yes, franchise but not what I expected. Global footprint with highest concentration of stores in Chicago and Canada but nothing to speak of nearby. If the future is a wave of franchises with these sort of quality standards I think we are on the way up — days of old with fast food horrors may be on the way out…

Downtown Westport has been needing a good place for quick wraps and salads since Wild Pear and Katzenberg’s closed, so I was thrilled when Freshii first opened. I was also very pleased to see their emphasis on healthier ingredients. But something seems off at Freshii. The food assembly line is slow and inefficient. Each order gets passed along from one person to the next, with typically 4 – 5 different people«contributing» to one sandwich or salad. Each person has to stop and read the ticket and figure out what their part is. They seem unsure about what they’re supposed to do. I’ve been there 4 times and they’ve messed up my order twice. They’ve left out ingredients that are supposed to be standard and put in things I’ve specifically asked them not to. The proportions also seem wrong — too much pasta /rice /quinoa and not enough greens and veggies. Too much sweet stuff and not enough spicy stuff. The wrap I had was impossible to eat neatly with my hands — it fell apart and made a mess all over my desk. I hope Freshii gets its act together, because we really do need a place like this for lunch in Westport.
