Great food… My husband n I went in for dinner and the service was a bit slow. The food tasted really good and I am sure this place is bustling at lunch.

I’ve had the falafel wrap and platter(and other falafel based things… because clearly I’m obsessed with falafel). They’re good, but they’re kind of skimpy. I’ve had falafel from this excellent place in Stamford and this BOMB place in Milford that were both massive and the same price as Kibberia. It’s a shame, because I was super excited to try the food here hoping that it was a great place that would be a little closer to home. If you don’t want to go far and you live in Norwalk, it’ll do, but it not spectacular in my personal opinion. The girls who work the cash register are always super nice though and the place is always very clean. They get points for that in my book.

Incredible food! Best falafel I’ve ever had, and fantastic on their falafel salad. Large, satisfying portions. Fresh, fresh, fresh! Hummus, tabouli, pitas, shwarma, gyros… you name it, they’re all out of this world.

Unbelievable food. Like out of this world. The hot sauce is amazing. Ingredients are great. No frills, just great food. Get a wrap, put some hot sauce in it, maybe split a spinach pie. Enjoy.

Great for families! Roomy, bright, tasty food choices of a cuisine that is not very common around here. There are a few tables set up for large families or other groups. Very casual — so not a place to take a date that you want to impress. This place was perfect for my family. Everybody felt comfortable and liked all the dishes. You go up to the counter to order and pay and then you choose your table. Your food is brought to the table and they don’t wait on you. The staff was very friendly. If you want to tip, there is a jar at the counter. I feel this café has a good implementation. I’m surprised it’s not more crowded. Food quality is high, bottled drink selections are good, it’s clean and welcoming. The take out system is good too. There’s even a touch screen display to browse menu items for photos and descriptions. I think that if they changed anything they might have to raise prices so I like it just the way it is.

Super delicious, fresh food in a clean, inviting location. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place! The owner was super friendly. We’ll be back soon!

Very friendly staff. Manager/owner seems to always be on premises every time I’m there. Food is flavorful and worth coming back from. They deliver for a $ 35 minimum. Drinks and desserts at are available at the counter. Dining room is also available for eat-in. Clean, well-organized, and simple with an open feel. Agree that this probably is not the right place for a first date. Prices are on the higher end of reasonable. Credit cards accepted.

Wonderful food, beautiful décor and lovely people! My favorite is the baked kibbe(which takes an hour to prepare, so call in advance) and of course the taboule and hummus. The restaurant is very pleasing to be in, with lovely design, music and supremely clean. The owner — Nick — and his brother are frequently there to greet and chat with us clients and always busy ensuring everything is perfect. it is our go to place for family dinners — highly recommended!

Great food, but I have to say I’m very disappointed with their delivery service. I’ve gotten delivery 3 times and they have only been satisfactory once. This last time they said they’d call me back after they called to locate their driver and didn’t. Was told the food had already gone out for delivery but it took over 30 minutes to get to me and I’m about 3 miles away. Now I have $ 40 worth of room temperature food and not so much as an apology. Great place, just make sure you pick it up yourself or you’ll be sorry.

Fresh, healthy and delicious. Just spent an hour trying to figure out where to go, and finally ended up going where they never disappoint. I’ve been here half a dozen times and it’s always good. The sampler plate gives you a nice variety for an eight dollar dinner. You can barely get fast food for that. Service is good and the atmosphere is clean and modern. I’d love to see them busy because they deserve it!

Excellent food, great device and lovely atmosphere for a hybrid restaurant /take out location. The lamb shawarma and falafel were delicious.

This place was absolutely delicious. We got the chicken kebob platter — the chicken was really flavorful and well cooked! Came with hummus, garlic sauce(sooo good), tomato & cucumber salad, and pita. We also got falafels and a beef shawarma which were both amazing. You can tell everything is really fresh and good quality. The staff was also really friendly and service was great. No complaints at all. We will definitely be returning for more!

What a fresh spot! Walked in the door and felt so instantly welcome. Décor and ambiance are bright but balanced and has a fun Lebanese style. Very clean establishment. Booth was comfy! I had the chicken shawarma wrap and lentil soup. Mmmmmmmmm! DELICIOUS! I was truly impressed. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. On top of all that awesome, the service was on point. Brian was a delight, he and his boss(forgive me, I can’t remember his name!) really brightened my day. A big thank you to these guys! If I’m ever in Connecticut again, I’ll be back! PS — Do yourself a favor and don’t leave without trying the baklava and at least one other treat. Oh my goodness!

So many reasons to love this place. The most important is the seasonings and quality are exactly like the food I grew up eating. My mother was Lebanese and a fabulous cook. Everything was delicious and really reasonable prices. Clean, simple dining room. Order at counter and food is brought by extremely friendly staff. Tho only reason it didn’t get a 5th star is that service is pretty slow and they ran out of delicious taboulli before our order came. Tried Lebanese beer for 1st time. Perfect!

I was so excited to try the new guy in town aka«kibberia,» but sadly enough I was highly disappointed. I ordered the chicken kebab platter which after having this dish at many other Mediterranean/Greek restaurants, it became a favorite dish of mine. This platter came with about three cups of white rice and four small chicken kebab chunks — can you say CARBATTACK! The chicken pieces were basically buried in the body of rice which I found very unpleasing as my expectations were not met. The other reviews paint a different picture and I was expecting to enjoy a great meal. On another note, the staff was friendly and helpful. But, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Tasty, healthy, ethnic, friendly service, convenient location, reasonably priced, and clean. Even live entertainment from time to time. Drop in, bring your family. They even deliver. Fairfield County needs more of this.

I came here with some friends while driving home from an event in upstate CT. Our original destination was closed for renovations, it’s hard to pass up on shawarma, so off we went. Entering, I thought we walked into a frozen yoghurt shop by mistake. The entire place is decked out in neon green /orange /vibrant colors, which wouldn’t be my first choice for a middle eastern themed restaurant, but whatever — I’m not one of those people who tends to care about décor, the food is what’s important, damnit. Speaking of which, the menu was fairly large and extensive, with plenty of vegetarian and meat dishes to pick from. Being of the carnivorous type, I went for a lamb shawarma platter with a chicken kibbeh on the side. After tax, it came to about $ 18, iirc. We found a table, and the food was delivered to us within a few minutes afterwards. Everything was pretty good, my shawarma wasn’t of the standard rotisserie type, instead they went with some sort of hamburger-patty shape that they either grilled or griddled. The kibbeh was decent as well, although I expected a little more for $ 1.25, it was kinda tiny. I was either really hungry, or the platter wasn’t that big, because I(and a few friends) went up for a second round, getting another sandwich. The chicken shawarma was pretty good as well, though I still prefer lamb. At least we were full after that, which is good since I’d spent close to $ 25 at that point. Maybe I’m spoiled by all the awesome kosher /Pakistani places we have in NJ, or maybe this is more of an upscale /trendy area where«exotic foods» fetch higher prices, but I kind of wish I got a little more for my money. While the shawarma combo(comes with a small thing of hummus and tomatoes) was tasty, it wasn’t exactly a huge meal, and the kibbeh I ordered was pretty tiny for $ 1.50 extra. Not a bad lunch, but not exactly cheap either. I’ll probably pass if I’m in the area again, opting instead for one of the many Indian restaurants on the same road.
