Best nail and spa I have ever experienced… They are very clean, use plastic tubs for pedicures, they don’t rush to get you finished so they can take the next person, they take their time and you truly feel relaxed. Massage guys are great! Nails perfect!

I was very pleased with this nail salon. Although the building looks a bit odd for a nail salon (old Ihop?), it’s beautiful inside. I thought this was the ideal for a nail salon — people who listen to exactly what you want, additional free services included (hot towels, hot pillow, massage offered), very quiet, calm atmosphere, and speedy service. I would highly recommend it!

Wow, this place is awesome. I came here for the first time today and was more than impressed. The place and décor is super modern and clean, from right when I walked in I was impressed. Sarah treated me to the relax pedicure, and she was amazing and her foot massage was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting pedicures 20 years. I got there late and Sarah finished up my pedicure right at closing, but she never made me feel rushed at any time. At the end, they treat you to a lovely back massage as well. This place knows what they are doing, keep it up.

By far the best UV gel set I have ever gotten! Helen was so meticulous and detailed with the work that she did, my nails came out perfectly! The total luxury package; pillow behind my back (because I’m so short), heating pad on my lap (because I was cold) and an awesome massage while Helen was doing my nails. Incredible experience; I’ll be back!

I’ve only been to Thaeroa Nail and Spa once and it definitely deserves 5 starts! Here is why:
ambiance — elegant, inviting and relaxing atmosphere
staff — very friendly and accommodating
service — no waiting time, professional and courteous
manicure — Kelly was wonderful. She did a great job and actually confirmed that i liked the shape of my nails after she finished filing them. Cut my cuticles well and, overall, did a very good job
massage — (i believe by Kevin) was one of the best I have ever had. He could tell that i had some knots in my shoulders and dedicated extra time to that area. Very firm (almost sports-​like) massage.
prices — very affordable. worth every penny for the service received.

I almost don’t want to tell people about it… It was that good! It was quiet, attentive and I didn’t feel rushed or on top of 5 other people. such a lovely experience from start to finish. I love the books you can review for color selection and the offer to try a new color to see if I like it prior to selecting for 2 weeks!
All in all amazing experience and I already have my next appointment booked!

Had my nails done here for my wedding day. The staff were super polite and did a wonderful job. You wouldn’t think much from looking at the outside of the building, but once you step in, it’s clean, soothing, and comfortable. I’d come here again.

i’ve only been here once, but I look forward to future visits!
I showed up at 5:30 for a pedicure, and they close at 7pm. In the end, I was the last client there and the doors were about to be locked, but I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. The woman who did my pedicure took so much care in the service, and she was so professional. I’ve never had a more thorough or relaxing pedicure — and the chair massage afterwards was spectacular! The décor is a refreshing departure from the usual sterile nail salons, and its very clean!

Love this place and after my 2nd visit, it is my new go to, hands down. After nail salon hopping in Westport for 5 years because I never found anywhere worthy of being loyal to, the search is over. The service and pampering is non stop from the moment you step in the door, even with a basic mani pedi. The hot pillow for your neck and shoulders alone hooked me. The spa pedicures are so relaxing and every staff member is nicer than the next. Give it a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
