A Victorian Garden

My mom purchased all of our prom flowers here and now I go for corsages for all the women in our family for birthdays and holidays. 100% worth the price in my opinion and I’ve always had great support from the staff. I just give them the event and a color pallette and they run with it!

My boyfriend strictly uses this florist when giving me flowers. The arraignments/​bouquets are always top notch, diverse, and stunning time after time.

Amazing flowers and service time after time. My entire family utilizes A Victorian Garden, and this is just about the only florist that we will use! Terri (the owner) always does an amazing job, and is very accommodating when we call last minute for orders. My sister’s wedding flowers were done by A Victorian Garden, and every single thing was stunning. One color of rose that my sister had wanted was not available at that time of the year, so Terri helped her choose another color that ended up being beautiful. They are very helpful when it comes to prices and budget as well, and will work with whatever you would like to spend. The store itself is very cute and always has small trinkets and things available to purchase, as well as hand made greeting cards, magnets, lotions, flower pots, silk flowers, containers, etc. I highly recommend!

It almost hurts to even place a star on the Rating board. My Fiancé and I had the displeasure of dealing with this florist in Wethersfield, CT.
We had been pain-​stakingly dealing with many different florists and were willing to travel all the way from New Jersey to see this disaster of an establishment. After dealing with one particular person on the phone, my fiancé was quoted a price and was told to come into the place and we would have an appointment made.
After driving for almost three hours to make it to our «appointment», I was greeted by a lady at the front desk who was nice enough to get me to one of the florists.
When the florist came, it was apparent from the start that she was either too busy or too important to speak to us when since she had a wedding planned later on that day. She quickly quoted us some prices, that were probably 2 to 4 time the price quoted to my fiancé.
To top it all off, I had asked if we could get better, more in-​depth, quotes and suggestions since we had travel all this way and indeed had an «appointment.» To this question, the florist lazily glanced in her appointment book and noted that they were booked for the day and reminded me that she was «very busy» due to another even planned later on that day.
During this whole process, there was another florist who could have happily helped me instead of the one given to us.
Not pleased at all, would never go back. I had such a bad experience that I was motivated to sign up at Unilocal and actually write this review.
Save your time and money, don’t go here!
