Great customer service and quality products. The professionals at discount lighting custom made several lights for our kitchen remodel, and also helped us with the locations for the recessed lights. We’ve gone back again and again for lamps, outside lights and ceiling fans. Always a good experience. Quality products, reasonably priced.

My wife and I went here as part of our kitchen remodel. They were very helpful with the lighting design but feel that that’s where it stopped. Once we ordered (and paid for) our lights it took multiple phone call to get our order in. Every phone call was «we’ll call you next week». Once we came to crunch time to start installing, we actually had to go to the store and demand our items. Upon installation we had two blue pendant lights that were to be the focal point of the room. The lights did not match so we went back. They said they would order us two new lights. After a few weeks, we called and they «just came in». Once again, they didn’t match each other. We did not expect them to be identical, but they should be close. Went back to the store and they just couldn’t understand what we meant. We finally gave up in frustration! Will never go back there, terrible customer service!
