Almost every time I come here, they never have anything! One time I went there and asked for the green iced tea, they don’t have it. I asked for the raspberry one and they are like, «the only one we have is peach». Then, another time I went, I wanted the new Snickerdoodle that they clearly are advertising on the window. They don’t have that. The other day, my kids and I went there and my kids wanted mixed Munchkins and they were like, «the only one we have are glazed». My children and I just busted out laughing because of frustration with this place. It’s the same thing EVERYTIME. Did I mentioned that they gave me a frozen pretzel bread?

There are too many people that work there than necessary. I saw almost ten people back there for a time of day that doesn’t have too many people stopping in. The lady at the register wasn’t paying attention to anyone waiting to order. After I ordered, she gave me the receipt and while doing that was talking to a coworker and no longer acknowledged me. I had been up for 4 hours at the point when I went, so I didn’t feel like dealing with people who can’t pay attention. I’ll only come here if it’s the closest to me when I want to go.
