Dunkin’ Donuts

Horrible service. Just left there and I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato skim milk… the girl at the drive thru at the window goes medium or large and I go medium and she swipes my card and goes oh sorry we charged you for a large so you want the large or medium? I go I’ll take the large since I paid for it. Then she hands me a regular iced coffee and I asked is this skim with caramel and she goes oh you want caramel? So then I’m like it’s suppose to be a macchiato with skim and caramel MEDIUM. She goes okay so she goes back again to make me a new coffee and still comes back with the wrong coffee again. There’s no expresso she just coffee (which won’t float) and she used cream. Oh and I never got a receipt… WHY does this person have a job!!! Now I’m driving back to go inside to assure I get the right coffee for then 3^rd time.

This Dunkin Donuts is by far the best one! I look forward to seeing Dave every morning when I’m picking up my coffee before class :-) Dave is awesome! He is polite, cheerful, accurate, personable, and timely! Definitely my fave D&D!

Fast device at drive thru! Clean environment with multiple staff working hard. Some flattering comments made by cashier could of been left out.

I go here a couple times a week and although the food is the same everywhere I will say there customer service is exceptional !

this DD popped up sometime recently. its one of a dozen or so in the area, all are ok — no real complaints. the guy that made my iced coffee was friendly and quick. the straws were behind the counter — i thought that was weird. i think it has a drive thru. yay for people who are too lazy to get out of their cars.
