Cochran Auto Detailing

I am taking some coworkers, including a company leader, on a 2-​hour drive in my car to an important meeting, and I realized it was a mess. Kids sports equipment, dirt, candy wrappers, and lots of crushed snack foods! Cochran fit me in on a short 24 hours notice and made the car look brand new! Thanks guys!

I’ve had two cars done here in the last year for interior detailing. They took two older vehicles (07 G6 and 05 Mountaineer) that had seen better days, and transformed the inside to like new condition. it’s reasonably priced, and they are super accommodating. Any detail work I’ll ever need done I’ll get done here. Customer for life!

Outstanding work on my first car. Didn’t think it would look as good as it came out considering the way it was when dropped off. Second car going today. Gonna make arrangements for a third car as soon as I can. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

I called Cochran Auto Detailing and they were able to fit me in the next day! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Jeep needed some tlc– there was a major stain on the front passenger seat. I went for the level two interior and exterior for that reason. I dropped it off at 8 and picked it up around five. By the end of the day it was beautiful and the seats look brand new! My husband is jealous and ready to book an appointment himself. Worth a try for you detailing needs; I will be back!

Nothing but positive things to say. Interior detailing is fantastic. Couldn’t have done better myself. Just as importantly, the customer care was amazing. They offered to pick up/​drop off car since I was very pregnant. They were also able to accommodate my annoying rescheduling around many doctor appointments to get car done before the babies came. Not many companies seem to care about customer needs these days. But these people do!

Overall they did an amazing job on my car, I had a level 2 detailing done with an addition of sap removal. Highly professional and well knowledgeable, was able to inform me exactly what they did and how they went about removing all the junk and cleaning up my car. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up my car myself, so I had my sister go and grab it since they were not open Sunday and were to under-​staffed to drop it off. I would definitely recommend going to Cochran for a detailing it was well worth the money for their performance.
On the flip side when I got home to inspect my car I realized that both my car mats and weather protection mats were not in my car/​trunk. I was quite upset consider how they would not be open the next day for me to go pick up the mats in the morning and that although they did a wonderful job cleaning the inside of my car, it is now covered with pebbles and dirt. BUT I have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, they were kind enough to follow up with two phone calls apologizing about the mats and even offering to drop them off.
Stuff happens, its human nature we forget small things.

Extremely satisfied with my car detailing done at Cochrane auto in Weymouth. My car is disaster because I am a dog walker and transport dogs daily. A dog had thrown up in my car and I said its time to get it detailed. They did an awesome job. Price is reasonable for a detail and my car looks new.

Had the level 2 interior and exterior detailing and also the engine detailed. All looks excellent. I am very happy with the quality of work preformed. I will come back again.
I had the same level packages about 5 years ago and it they did not do a very good job then. Work was less then average and the service person complained to me that my truck was very hard to clean. It showed in their work but I have very happy to see they turned it around. Must be better management now. and workers too.

My experience with this company was very pleasant. Ben is very polite and thorough. Although I dropped my car off early and it wasn’t taken until the late afternoon Ben was courteous enough to call and explain the situation at the facility. They were even nice enough to put on my rain guards free of charge! I rate them an A an I would recommend this company to anyone and I would go back to them for anything I might need from them for in the future. Great company, great service, and great staff! I just purchased a used Pathfinder, and it was owned by a young adult who never cleaned it. Cochran thanks for making my vehicle clean and feeling like new again. Great Job!

I can’t say enough about Cochran Auto Detailing — The owner Ben was polite and answered all my questions regarding the level 1 package. Eddie and Kevin detailed my car within a couple of hours and did an exceptional job. My car was absolutely immaculate when they finished. These guys really take pride in their work and their customer satisfaction is second to none. Thanks again, and I will be back again.

I had my car windows tinted last month. I found this place on Unilocal and saw many good reviews so I contacted the shop by sending a message in Unilocal.I’m always busy during the day to call them, but every time I send them a message on Unilocal,the owner replied to me in the end of the day, even at 11:00 PM, answered my questions and helped me to set up my appointment. When I came to the shop, the man who worked there was very friendly, listened carefully to figure out how I want my car tinted. The work was done after 2 hours. Another man I saw when I came to pick up my car was explaining to me how to protect my windows too. Reasonable price. Professional work. Excellent service. I would recommend them to everybody.

I met Ben, the owner, prior to having work done by him and was immediately taken in my his motivation and dedication to offering great work (which also happens to be very affordable). I made an appointment to have the windows tinted and an interior/​exterior detail on my 2013 Dodge Challenger R/​T
Ben picked my car up in Braintree while I was at work, and then called me with my keys to drop it off later that day. It really doesn’t get any easier than that! The car looked better than show room inside and out, and the tint job was impeccable.

Got my car detailed today and was very impressed. Not cheap ($ 225) but worth it. They buffed out all the scratches and waxed the car so well it looks brand new. I will definitely go back when I get my car detailed again in a few years.

After leaving a poor review for my first visit (was not happy with what i paid for) the owner had called me hoping to make it right. He was very nice, apologetic and offered to pick up my car, detail it again, and drop it home to me. After them detailing it for a second time, I was very pleased with the outcome. My exterior is spotless (even after them driving it home to me!) the windows are nice and clear and from what I can see the buff marks are gone which was the whole reason for my appointment in the first place. A job like this, id definitely pay to have done again!

Cannot say enough about Ben & Cochran Detailing and the quality of service.
The detailing service is of the highest quality inside and out. Additionally, scheduling the job was very easy and the was completed at the time indicated.
I have also had my truck lettering done with Ben including design and installation. Again the service was very high quality and a great value.
