Probably the best Thai on the south shore. Delivery is fast. Great soups, apps, and entrees. Very charming on the inside and the staff is extremely friendly.

i wish this place was not so inconvenient for us to get to or even order take-out from. thai was a regular in our take-out rotation in CA, this kind of thai is not easy to find. 4 stars easily for a place that does khao soi– not a common dish in american thai restaurants. it’s not exactly how i am used to getting it, but just the offering and the richly flavored curry broth– i can excuse the fried noodles crackers on the top. i love thai-style noodle soups and they have a duck noodle soup that i was to tryout next time we’re out this way. i am also a fan of the panang ribs. unlike some panang dishes i’ve had elsewhere, this is not swimming in sauce. the ribs are de-boned, tender, and it comes with crisp fresh veggies to mop up the rest of the sauce. heat-level is americanized, but not weak. i would like it a smidge hotter, but the other flavors were well-balanced. the chicken satay is a little plain, but tender and a good option for my little one. so glad to have found this place to satisfy our thai cravings instantly.

We are pretty happy with Lime Leaf and have eaten dinner there many times. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is great! It can get pretty busy, especially on the weekends, and I don’t believe they take reservations. So try to arrive before 6:00PM to beat the weekend crowds. We’ve also tried this place for lunch and it was very good and economical. Try Lime Leaf. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Best place around, I cannot say enough good things about this place. The golden bags are possibly the greatest thing I’ve ever eaten.

A regular for my husband and I. Cute décor, good service, and delicious food! Have tried almost all appetizers and noodle dishes. The scallion pancakes, chicken noodle soup, and drunken noodles are some of my favorites! Best Thai food in South Shore by far :)

1st time visited this place. When I come in this place didn’t expect anything. I just thought they are typical American-Thai place. I love the decoration, I love the foods. We order Paradise Beef, was sooooo yummy!!! And crispy duck is so good, just the perfect spice. No wonder they get almost 5 stars review.

A gem of a place in dreary suburbia! On par with the best Thai restaurants in Boston. Gaprow pork was delicious, as was the spicy beef and the Thai iced tea. Really pleasant wait staff, too. I recommend.

Hidden gem. My son and I are frequent visitors. Everything we order is fresh and delicious. The Crispy Duck Basil is excellent.

Lime Leaf made the best Pad Thai I have ever had in the United States! We decided to get take out from Lime Leaf last week based on the Unilocal reviews, and we were not disappointed. All the food is excellent, and we ordered a LOT of food. We had three different kinds of curry, several orders of Pad Thai, and at least six appetizers. We brought this food to people who had never eaten Thai food before, and they all raved about how delicious it was. Additionally, the service was excellent. The staff was all extremely accommodating and helpful, and our takeout order was ready in under 15 minutes. I am a fan!

I love the food here dining in is my favorite but I frequently get take out. All of the appetizers are delicious my favorite dishes are pineapple fried rice and crispy lemon chicken. I have never tried a dish here that I did not like. All of the vegetables seem really fresh and the meat is always cooked perfectly. It is a small spot so be prepared to wait on a weekend and for your server to be very busy but the food is worth it!

Tonight was my first time here. The service was friendly and quick, ambiance was great, and the food was fantastic. I had the crab Rangoon and pad surprise… Really really delicious Thai food!!! The menu is expansive so I was worried the food would be blah/generic/nothing special… I was pleasantly surprised! My dishes were fragrant and had well blended flavors. Everything was fresh and well prepared. I can’t wait to come back!!!

Amazingly delicious and authentic Thai food. I drive from South Boston for this place and come back to zero parking, but it’s worth it because it’s so tasty. 5−7pm weekends is rush hour. Be prepared to wait for tables and/or takeout. It’s a small place.

Probably my favorite Thai restaurant. Staff is friendly and attentive. Wish the portions were a little bigger for the prices. Overall most of the food we tried was pretty good. The only exception would be the golden bags, which we ordered based on recommendations from other reviewers. But I found them to be bland and wouldn’t order them again. Don’t let the location or outside deter you from coming.

This place is small but the food is awesome there are some lunch specials you gonna love it. We have been there three times and we asked something different each time. I remember the soups with fish is really good the portions are fair. My favorite is the lunch special with curry.

This place is an absolute treasure. The waitress was sweet but not overly so(as is common in her country. smiles are rare). The place was decorated beautifully. I remarked that whoever painted the place had a very good eye for appetizing color combinations. I ordered curry chicken and absolutely loved it. The portions were small, but that was corrected by the great flavors and the quality of the broth. The only flaw that I found in this place was really a stretch. The bathroom had run out of handsoap, which concerns me since I am pretty sure that employees use the same bathroom as customers. However, if you are concerned about food-bourne illnesses, order something spicy because the bacteria can’t survive in that level of spiciness. I highly recommend this place despite that one health concern. The staff is quick and professional and the kitchen is quick and authentic. I will definitely be back.

The place is small but that’s of little importance to me since I usually order to go anyway. It’s clean and service is fast enough. Just order ahead of time and you’ll find your food ready. The food is very good. Let me tell you about their scallion pancakes. They come with this delicious ginger soy sauce. I don’t even like ginger all that much but I think I could drink cups of this thing. The slices have the right amount of flavor and the texture is perfect. Some places over cook their pancakes and you feel like you’re eating ritz crackers. Others under cook and you feel like you’re eating dough. Not at lime leaf. It’s cooked just right. I’ve had the pad Thai, chicken satay, drunken noodles and scallion pancakes. I’ve been happy with all the dishes. My co-workers were also satisfied.

Hands down, the best Thai spot on the south shore! We’ve tried many of the appetizers and, though some are more memorable than others, all are delicious and a good start to the meal. Memorable include the Golden Bags, Crab Rangoons, and Tom’s Ribs. Our go to entrée is always the Crispy Chicken Basil, wonderful mix of spice and crunch. Skip the duck version of this chef’s special, the meat didn’t seem fresh and tasted like it came out of the freezer. Safe noodle options include: Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Drunken Noodles(though avoid the drunken noodles if you can’t handle the heat)! Rice dishes done equally as well include: Columbian Fried Rice, Mango Fried Rice, and Pineapple Fried Rice. They seem to get a lot of to go orders. Though we usually dine in, the food the few times that we have gotten take out was no where near as good. Ventilation, unfortunately, is poor and the stench of oil wafts from the kitchen into the dining area onto your clothes. I ALWAYS leave my coat in the car and cut my losses with clothes that can go in the wash immediately.

First things first: The food is so gahdamn authentic and down right good. I took my aunt and uncle here for the first time(my first time as well), their heads were spinning at the extensive menu, their bellies full from the huge portions they ordered, and their minds made up that was their new ‘spot’ and they were going to come here again. You’re welcome

Went back again tonight and awesome is all I can say. Additions to the must try list: Red snapper with Three Taste sauce — phenomenal. Same sauce but the fish is prepared completely different. It’s a whole fried fish as opposed to the pan seared filet version for their sea bass. Again, the Three Taste sauce is on point! Pad Thai — okay okay. Every person should try a Thai restaurant’s Pad Thai but heck, I just usually wouldn’t because of the carb overload but I had a taste of it tonight and wow amazing. Order this if you’re a Pad Thai fan. It will not disappoint!
